“Ive been a traveler for a long time, business and pleasure. This was the first time I've ever rented form 'second tier'. This trip was a hopsice situation I had to extend every day cause only God was setting schedule. These guys were easy to deal with and didn't hit me up with higer charges to extend like first tier. Same patient but earlier this year I had a first tier car and they actually had me return it instead of extending, when I got to the lot there were more cars than spaces and they were in side street- no explanation of why I had to return car to extend- but that a different review, you know who you are.Anyway, bottom line in PBI I will ALWAYS use ACE. Takes an extra couple minutes shuttle but these guys are great to deal with, great prices, and great cars.”

“My car is in the shop so I had to get a rental. The dealer sent me to Enterprise. When my husband and I walked in we were not greeted by the lone salesperson. He walked out as we walked in, presumably to check in a return. The lobby was full of customers (6 adults)...with one salesman; I thought for sure that it was going to be a negative experience. You could tell from his body language that he was just overwhelmed and stressed. Then in walks Lindsay. She didn't miss a beat and started checking people in, advising them of what they did and didn't have, taking returns etc. We were there for about 35 minutes total between waiting for the lone ranger to come back and Lindsay ushering me to the rental. Polite, helpful, positive, calm and not a drop of hesitation. She really took the ball and ran with it. Whomever is her boss needs to know that this woman is gold and to protect her at all costs!”

“Waited 10 minutes in Payless line inside the Budget building before they let me know that I had to join the Budget line. Ugh only two people serving at the counter and a long line. Waited in that line for 40 minutes. But when I was finally service the gentleman was very helpful and apologized for the long wait. Everything else went just fine with the rental. The car rental industry will have to use technology to catch up with the rest of the world. They can start by ditching those daisy wheel printers.”
