“Our easiest car rental yet- we didn't need paperwork after prebooking online. After arriving off the airport shuttle we went to the outdoor desk probably 20 steps away, said our name, and were told to pick a car directly behind his booth. We put our luggage in the back and off we went to the exit gate. The lady at the exit gate asked our name and scanned our car code, then off we went. We rented a very clean, smokefree Chevy Malibu.”
“My car is in the shop and I needed a rental because the dealership didn't honor their obligation to provide a vehicle for the extended warrantied repait. And this wasn't the first time. But I can always depend on Enterprise to help me out when I need a vehicle.
The staff at the West Palm Beach office at Okeechobee and Congress were extremely helpful and had me in my way in a very reasonable amount of time. And the return was a breeze”

“The GM Michael was so great! Somehow, I was able to reserve my car on a holiday that the office was closed. I had no other transportation lined up to fall back on. Michael put his holiday on hold and picked me up from the airport and opened the office just so I could get my rental. He was very pleasant about the situation. Most places would have just told you to figure it out on your own. I am so grateful and will using ACE every time I visit FL.”

“Jason was great at the counter , he helped and explained all available options and put the extra effort in to make sure I understood them . He showed me how the new system to retrieve the car key's worked . He walked outside with me and offered to pull the car up front when I decided to walk to the car (which was close) he went above and beyond and helped me with my suitcase and bags . That was something that you don't see to often and it was much appreciated . I'm not sure what position he has as a employee for Sixt but his going above and beyond was great encounter and he is definitely a asset to your company .

“No matter what airport I go to the National experience is absolutely spot on. I don’t know why other people try to save a few dollars then stand in line forever at other rental companies. Just go with National - make your reservation in the app, then Go straight to the aisle when you arrive and pick the car you want. Everything is so simple. I’ve never waited in line at national. Great cars and ultimately a great price. Check in and check out are flawless. And the teams at each location are so friendly and helpful. At the west palm beach site, the pick-up location is close, drop off is simple, and everything is flawless. I rent a LOT of cars, I’ve tried all the companies, and now I only rent from National. Traveling is difficult enough - National makes the car rental aspect of travel so dang easy.”

“Have rented from them 3 times and had a good experience, only one time I returned the car because of low air pressure and they upgraded the vehicle for me for free. Yes there may be a wait at the counter for pick up but you can’t beat their pricing and good customer service. Will always choose them to rent in Florida!! I’ll be back soon!”

“Rented several times through Avis (Jessica) and have had a great time. They go above and beyond to explain all the charges, fees and rental process to you in plain terms with no surprises, unlike other rental agencies (Enterprise, Hertz, etc). They are very helpful if you need to extend your rental and the cars are in PRISTINE mechanical condition, smell great and clean. I highly suggest the check in early feature on your email reservation for quicker service and to avoid about 5-10 minutes of paperwork. They have our business if we ever need a rental car and wouldn't recommend anyone else.”
