“Lately not happy The delivery young man Jessie is awesome!!!!! he’s the reason I still hang on so sweet & knows what’s going on !!! No sat a lil in convincing ! There had been a delightful new pharmacist a few months ago she’s also ?!!!! However as of today oct 12 yet agin a gal on phone not happy 3 times This morning I’ve called regarding my rx wrong info regarding my refill date & also was supposed to have my med delivered as iam not supposed to drive &she did not pass on message ! All the pharmacists are always friendly and informative with any questions you ask them, and everyone is professional and helpful. “I visited the CVS store located on the corner of Jog Rd and 10th Ave on the evening of May 14th to return a couple of things, the computer kept causing issues, but the attendant Sonia was very patient and kept on trying until she was successful. I was very impressed by her willingness to keep helping me. She had a very nice attitude and kept smiling all the time! This will be my CVS of choice from now on. :)”

“I always have a good experience with the pharmacist and the staff especially at night when I come to pick up my mom’s medications. The pharmacist and her staff at night were very helpful and kind. I had a topical cream that was not covered by my insurance but she suggested me to go online and get a coupon. I was able to save money because of her.”

“Always a wait at the deli counter, even with 4 clerks working behind the counter! I guess they ARE busy with other jobs, but they expect the customer to wait on the one guy slicing! Every single time, I hear "we'll be right with you!"
The deli manager was busy talking to the sub makers & their customers. Expedite & get me out of there as quick as other Publixes!
Don't go in here if you are in a hurry!
