“First, let me say I am deeply grateful to these mechanics. I had already taken my car to two other mechanics who were unable to repair the car properly and, from the looks of things, made the problem even worse. Having honest and trustworthy mechanics is beyond valuable in today's world.
The mechanics at GT Auto, that worked on my car, Reny, JB and Jeff, are very open, honest and transparent. They took the appropriate time needed to thoroughly check the car out and find exactly what was going on. They showed me what was broken and explained what needed to be done and why. They are fantastic communicators.
I was worried sick about the cost, as it was a head gasket, fan and electrical issue, but Heydis, who works in the office, did her due diligence, researching and finding the most affordable parts at a fair value. They are a great team and showed compassion and concern for my financial predicament, as well as my safety.
Once the work was done, they made absolutely certain everything was in excellent working order and that the car is safe to drive, before turning it over to me. I highly recommend GT Auto Repair and cannot recommend them highly enough!

“The customer service and repair rating 10+. My 2010 Kia Rio with 80,000 miles was driving in 3rd gear. Several auto shops said a new transmission was needed. Had no choice but to look for a new car because used are so expensive.
Japanese Auto Care owner, Jimmy, who runs a highly-rated shop in Boca, referred to AA One Transmissions and said these are "good people."
Took the car to their Coral Springs location. The owner came from Lake Worth and drove the car back there to check the electrical system, which no other shop had mentioned or attempted.
Early the following day received a call that the transmission was fine, and all repair questions were answered. A day later a new Kia computer board with a good warranty was installed and the car is running fine.
This was the no-stress express. The customer service was amazing. As a senior female, their kindness and knowledge is greatly appreciated and saved me from purchasing a new vehicle.”
