“I wanted to that Lowe’s and the employee Jari for a great experience! I was looking some cut to order chain and Jari took the time to get me set up and used some bolt cutters to make it happen, even though the chain cutter was broken. Jari made my day and Lowe’s seems to have some great products, although you guys do need a new chain cutter please! Thanks!”
