“Gio and Chris at Ace Hardware in Innerarity Point are absolute wizards! 🪄✨ I honestly thought there was no hope when my wand was broken against what seemed like impossible odds. Most people would have simply thrown in the towel, but Gio and Chris apparently operate on an entirely different level of magic! They worked their wizardry, overcame the seemingly impossible, and brought my broken wand back to life. Their skill, patience, creativity, and determination were nothing short of magical. If you have something broken that you think is beyond repair, go see Gio and Chris at Ace Hardware in Innerarity Point. These guys don't just fix things—they perform miracles! 10/10 — would trust these wizards with my wand again! 🧙♂🪄✨”

“Highly recommend Dufrene Building Materials!!!! William was made for great customer service! He IMMEDIATELY responded to my call and followed up with exactly what we needed without extra expense or too much waste on a special order. He has wonderful communication skills. Even though our purchase of a special-order item was a few hundred dollars, William treated us as if we were building a million-dollar home. He also came up with a customer-focused solution on a re-order we needed. Wow! It's so refreshing to interact with employees that really care about their customers and truly enjoy their work...hard to find these days. The entire Dufrene team embodies the positive attitude for helping folks solve their building and remodeling problems! Go see them! Diane and Antonio”

“October 7, 2024, I needed to purchase materials for an emergency job at my church. Ronaldo (young man with a Pokémon tattoo on his right calf) stopped to help me immediately upon me walking in a "passing. " He was knowledgeable about square footage, where the carpet material were in this area of the store. As well as, working the cutting machine for carpet and awareness of me (customer) and where I should stand for safety. He saw my sale from beginning to end. And was a pleasant, polite, and approachable young man. He even shook my hand after asking me my name. He listened and made me feel seen in a large store that was fairly busy at the time. Thank you, for your amazing customer service skills. And speaking to me in a professional manner. I will look for him upon my next return.”
