Truist at Gulf Breeze is an amazing branch that has earned trust and provides great quality service. The team is fantastic, super awesome, very helpful, and customer oriented. They are happy to help, answer all questions, and go beyond and above to ensure satisfied services. The manager and the team deserve 5 stars for making clients feel welcome and for their true customer-oriented approach. This is the quality of service customers deserve, which is very important. Unfortunately, this level of care is not seen very often across all banks. The branch maintains health and safety with adjusted services, including appointments and enhanced sanitization. Customer relationship is very important, and this Truist has done a great job.
This bank is awesome - Dustin over at the Gulf Breeze Branch helped me numerous times with a difficult situation - he always picked up the phone and called back as promised. I cant recommend this place enough !
