“Ollie's is a fun place to go. I definitely see it as a bargain hunters Paradise. There's really nothing fancy about the place, but they do have good deals and it's definitely worth going back to, as the merchandise seems to change very quickly. I've shopped at both the St Pete and Clearwater locations. And like them equally as well. If you're looking for some good buys especially for housewares, and everyday needs along with garden and yard type things you'll love this place.”
“I love 5 below! I know it's for teenagers but the items you can get for cheap? Unreal! I have purchased Xmas gifts for coworkers, birthdays, stocked up on my pups shampoo/body wipes/ear cleaning solution also they have the cutest dog tees for fur babies and toys too. Recently, 5 below stepped up their scent game as well. I purchased a Marshmallow muse, Forbidden Cherry by Vaile and White Violet by Surface. They all smell amazing and are better than a few of my expensive ones as well. I also purchased a yoga mat that I have needed for a while. Adorable design and pink! What girl girl doesn't like that? Staff is super friendly, helpful and always cheerful when you come in to purchase items or even looking. Definitely my go to place for inexpensive but cute items.”

“My experience today and five below was absolutely amazing. I looked over and saw Annabelle helping another customer the way she assisted her was very fluent and caring. She was genuinely interested in trying to help this customer with these earphones she was buying. I stood and waited for her to ask her a question about a phone holder I was trying to purchase and she treated me with the same care of assisting me with trying to see if this phone case would fit my car the way I wanted it to .. “Kaden was the cashier who waited on me and was the only one up front. I had just run in to get a couple things because I went early for an appointment. Kayden greeted every single person that walked through the door with a pleasant hello and asked if he could assist with anything. I also observed him go down the shoe aisle to ask a woman if she was getting all the help that she needed and just overall awesome customer service that you don’t see these days. I used to be in human resources for a large retail company in the area and we would’ve given anything to have an associate like Kayden. He is definitely worth his weight in gold and I hope he gets some type of recognition. He deserves it.”

I wanted to take a moment to express how truly impressed I am with the staff at your location in Pinellas park, FL — particularly Courtney and Ansley. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care, especially with children, make this store stand out above all others.
I drive 25 minutes past multiple other Five Below locations just to shop at this one, and it is entirely because of the people who work there. For nearly six months, I was on a mission to find some highly sought-after toys for my kids. I visited countless stores during that time, but your team kept me coming back again and again.
Throughout that journey, I called the store multiple times a week to check on inventory, and not once did I feel like a burden. Every single time, the employees answered with patience and kindness — which means more to me than I can express. That level of consistent, genuine customer service is rare, and it did not go unnoticed.
This location has earned every bit of my loyalty. I will absolutely continue shopping here and recommending it to friends and family. Please make sure Courtney, Ansley, and the entire team know how much their dedication is appreciated — Courtney especially, whose patience and professionalism over the past six months truly made a difference.

“Seldom find the same item again. When you find a bargain, do not think it twice, just get it. When that item is gone, it's gone! The prices have gone up but i guess everywhere. Very friendly customer service.”

“My favorite Dollar General. There’s a man who works there (he has a gravelly voice) that is the best for customer service. He will do whatever he can to make sure you get what you need. If it’s not on the shelf, he’ll search until he finds it. He makes sure you get all the discounts at checkout. He’s a gem of an employee and this store is lucky to have him.”
“I really like my little Save A Lot store. I was going to order a pizza but thought about how many groceries I could get for the price of one delivered pizza! So I got my lazy butt up and got a frozen pizza and 3 bags of other essentials! Plus they were the only Grocery store that stayed open all thru the Pandemic. They are essential to us poor folk!?”

The staff has gotten to know me and my family and even recognize my son and his likes at local restaurants, because they're your neighbors too. They're also probably overworked and underpaid. If you're just stopping in and they're a little frazzled, please don't base your impression off one visit. I guarantee regular customers would say something different because they truly care.”

“Every time I stop by this Dollar General, I leave impressed—not just by how clean and organized the store is, but by the store manager herself. She knows where everything is, helps customers without hesitation, and you can tell she truly cares about the store and her team.
