“Stumbled on this store I needed help with switching my moms devices from Spanish to English. I wasn’t sure if anyone would even help me because I didn’t plan on purchasing lol. Nonetheless I called he said he’d help. His customer service was amazing, very kind and great conversation. Before I left I let him change my cracked screen and it was inexpensive! I’m definitely coming back to add a screen protector on my iPad ! Thanks Again !”

“Several weeks ago Jorda helped me and my husband get our new phones and upgrade our phone plan. I never enjoy the process of getting new phones but Jordan really helped make the process way better. And there were some tricky things to figure out and he took the time to research and get the answer we needed. We will definately go back to this location.”

“The metro staff here are truly excellent people. For the past two days, I've been to four different metro phone service branches to replace my broken phone and get a new one, but I couldn't receive the verification code because my phone was broken. I waited for hours at the other branches, but they couldn't find a solution. But the staff here solved my problems in just 20 minutes. Thank you!”
