“Several weeks ago Jorda helped me and my husband get our new phones and upgrade our phone plan. I never enjoy the process of getting new phones but Jordan really helped make the process way better. And there were some tricky things to figure out and he took the time to research and get the answer we needed. We will definately go back to this location.”

“The metro staff here are truly excellent people. For the past two days, I've been to four different metro phone service branches to replace my broken phone and get a new one, but I couldn't receive the verification code because my phone was broken. I waited for hours at the other branches, but they couldn't find a solution. But the staff here solved my problems in just 20 minutes. Thank you!”

“While out in the field, the mount on my Sirui Tripod wavered with my MANFROTTO STAND ALONE HEAD attached. Then I couldn't get it to sit right after that. I assumed it was a simple fix which Jacob confirmed when I asked if he could analyze the problem before I acted on my warranty. No charge! Just write a good review. Here you go Jacob, I promise I will see if you have whatever I may be looking for in the future first.”

“Today, February 17, 2024 at 4:50 in the afternoon, I went to this store to buy something necessary for me, a girl named Yahaira helped me, I don't know if it is written like that but it is quite understandable and I think that like her There should be many workers...always with a smile and friendly attention and willing to make the diners who come to this place feel good...I left very pleased with their attention.”
