Now, the Hall is beautiful ? and the decorations that they were putting up while I was there was breath taking. When I am in need of a hall to rent, this location would definitely be my first choice. “This is one of the premier private clubs in fort Lauderdale. It was wonderful when I went there when I was still in elementary school. It's 10 times better now, but it is a private club. The staff is very accommodating if you show up and have questions but generally admission is limited to members and their guests.”

“I recently toured the Old Davie School Museum, and it was an absolute highlight. As someone with a background in investigative work and a keen eye for detail, I was thoroughly impressed by how meticulously this 1918 building has been preserved.
The tour guide was incredibly informative, providing a vivid narrative of the pioneers who settled the 'Zona' area. Their knowledge turned what could have been a simple walkthrough into a deep-dive into the agricultural and social history of Broward County. Sitting in the restored 1920s classroom—complete with the original inkwells and creaking pine floors—offered a profound sense of nostalgia.
The entire campus is beautifully kept. From the 1909 Pioneer Home to the authentic Seminole Chickee Hut, every structure feels alive with history rather than just a static exhibit. The staff’s dedication to preserving our heritage is evident in every corner of the property.”

“UPDATE** A year in a church where I thought I found family, friends, my spiritual walk with those who could keep me accountable. The thing with these big “mega” wanna be churches is — the ones who serve behind it.
You cannot be a Christian with liberal ideologies and with unrighteous morals. People know what happens behinds closed doors and remain quiet, turn the blind eye.
I don’t think God lurks in those walls and the holy spirit isn’t moving there. Rally? Filled with young adults that leave those events and the next day are doing what they ask for forgiveness on a Sunday morning for. Use discernment friends, God doesn’t like imposters and injustice. I pray for those hypocrites that warm up a seat on a Sunday and by Monday morning the mask comes off. Godspeed.

I come from potential church and this was extremely different and aligned with my journey and where I am supposed to be. I am so happy I found a new home church and my children loved it! I cannot wait to serve in ministry with these lovely people!”
“We hold our BNI once a month chapter meeting here and I have to say that it’s the best venue I have seen as compared to other venues.
The only small group inconvenience is that we have to pay for parking and it should be included in the fee for renting the meeting space.

“Whiskey Creek Hideout is great. For just $45 a person, my brother and I Kayaked Whiskey Creek for 2 hours. We saw some wildlife and fantastic views. They offer several different watercraft rentals including paddle boards, single and two person kayaks, canoes and pontoon boats that hold several people. I recommend this place to every able bodied person.”
