“I felt compelled to leave a review today. First I believe United Thread to be the best local embroidery supply source. I called on Thursday to place an order for pickup on Friday. I was told that 2 items would be unavailable until Monday but could be shipped to me. On Friday I was greeted at the gate by this nice gentleman (I should get his name one of these days) who told me that my 2 items were now available for pickup. There’s nothing more to say than the fact that they believe in great customer service and have the best embroidery supplies. Thank you!”

Bring your patience or go behind the store down to the end. Store is usually well stocked. Staff is usually helpful. Bakery dept is the rockstar there. They don't change things up as much as Costco does which can be good or bad depending on how much variety you like in your food. However they have Scan and Go in the app and that is heaven sent!! I don't know why more people don't use this.”

“I was in an extreme rush due to early morning travel, and my prescription didn’t reach the pharmacy until after 6:30 PM last night just minutes before they closed at 7. Despite being clearly slammed with the usual Costco evening rush, the pharmacy team was still patient, professional, and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to get my prescription filled before closing, even though they easily could have told me to come back the next day. Because of their effort, I avoided having to change flights and deal with a major travel setback. I can’t thank this team enough. “Quick unloading, I was in and out within an hour. Depending on which direction you are coming from if you are to make the right to enter the gate and is hauling a 53ft trailer don't take it from the turn lane or else you won't make it in. Also it is tight but is still not bad for even a rookie. There's only two docks and there is not enough space to turn around.”
