“I ordered 2 pairs of Pelagic Madeira Hybrid Cargo Shorts from them because I own 3 pair already and I absolutely love them. However, the ones I ordered from here have a different fit and feel than the 3 pair I ordered from the Pelagic website. The fit being different messed up my size so I am just beginning the return/exchange process with them now so I will keep you updated. I gave them 4 stars for now but I will gladly update to a 5 if everything goes smoothly with the return/exchange process.”

Most of this occurred on a Saturday, which I thought was going above and beyond. He spent around an hour with me. He wanted to make sure everything was going to be correct so I even sent him pictures of my truck set up.
