“After a few diagnostics done at the Wellington Apple Store they told me that apparently my MacBook Pro 2025 had several issues including battery, RAM and motherboard. Since it's an older version they told me it was better to buy one instead of sending it to Apple for repairs. I was very disappointed as its my working laptop, it still looks good and truly wanted to save it.
I ended up giving up the fact had to purchase a new one, but then surprisingly they suggested to take my MacBook Pro 2017 to iTech and check how much they would give me for it. So I went there and met Hayden, he asked me what was wrong with it and I told him the Apple Store background story. I emphasized wanted to save it moreover due to this situation was impacting my business, it was critical for me. He took it back and performed some diagnostics and told me it was possible to save it.
Hayden is very knowledgeable and explains you in plain English so you can understand what's going on with your laptop and what they're going to do with it. I left my laptop only for 1 day, he worked his magic to fix it and my laptop was saved, and without sending it to Apple or been forced to buy a new one.

“What an amazing experience I had walking into this location I was dealing with concealer wireless which is the horrible company to work with I was having a hard time getting my PIN number my transfer pin and I'm like forget I walked in here being this close to my house explain to the store manager in my situation that I'm not able to get my PIN and transferred and I don't know how he did it but he got my information and he gave me two good deals very patient explained everything and I will be coming on Wednesdays when he has his classes for free in case I need training in my new phone store looks amazing smelling good nice decorated I really like this guy's personality sense of humor successful can smile and a giant you can tell he loves his job thank you Alexander I am definitely going to spread the word out everybody make sure you come to cricket wireless in Riviera Beach and visit Alex they got the best deals going on right now.”
“I found South Florida Speaker Repair online, and though they weren't the closest vintage repair facility, I thought the reviews were worth the hour drive - and I was completely correct.
I took a Technics equalizer that had a few issues in, and received it back in perfect shape. They quoted me a 3-5 week turnaround, and I had it back in 2 weeks, nothing to complain about.
This is a niche specialty, and it's hard to find good people who do good work. This facility clearly has both, and at reasonable prices.”
