“I brought my Pacifica to Tire Plus and initially had concerns with the communication and explanation of the repair process from the first representative I dealt with. After speaking with Marc, the owner, the situation completely turned around. Although the conversation started with some frustration on my end, Marc was professional, understanding, and fantastic throughout.
Since then, Nick, the service advisor, has been incredible to work with. His communication, follow-up, and explanations have been outstanding. Even though the repairs have not yet started, both Marc and Nick have gone above and beyond to help my family through a stressful situation. “Owner/manager, Mark, has serviced my 2003 Jeep for about ten years now. It’s a model that can get some pretty crazy issues. Recently, I managed to let the engine overheat and ultimately it just couldn’t be saved as far as that goes. However, with a great deal of effort from Mark and his mechanic, Roberto, after replacing the engine and several other major parts, it’s running great finally. Countless issues were involved, especially since it’s so difficult to get parts on a 2003 Jeep. However, I’ve now had it completely painted. Looks like a new car and runs just as good ! Mark always gets right back with me ( and, admittedly, I can be just as high maintenance as my antique almost car!) he lets me know what’s going on, good or bad. And Roberto is diligent and patient and gifted. Hoping for another 10 years possibly with my little red Jeep , we call Lil’ Ruby…under their geriatric care unit. Lol … It is a great repair shop use…five stars, five diamonds. CHRISTOPHER.”
“I brought my GMC in because there was a strange vibration. After test driving the truck and looking at everything they determined the transmission was over heating. Fabian suggested we do a transmission service first to see if that cleared it up. My 2015 GMC Yukon XL runs much better. He could have tried to sell me a transmission but he did the right thing and saved me money and gave me more time before needing such a big expense. Looking out for your customer is the best way to do business.”
