“I brought my GMC in because there was a strange vibration. After test driving the truck and looking at everything they determined the transmission was over heating. Fabian suggested we do a transmission service first to see if that cleared it up. My 2015 GMC Yukon XL runs much better. He could have tried to sell me a transmission but he did the right thing and saved me money and gave me more time before needing such a big expense. Looking out for your customer is the best way to do business.”

“For semi delivery … arrived at 7:15 am ! Got the door right away ! I was the only one semi there ! Started unloading at 8 am ! Took about 2 hour and out ! Overnight parking doesn’t look enough space but you can park around the street ! Nice and clean restroom ! People are nice”

I came into Goodyear Auto Service in Royal Palm Beach for a tire repair after getting a nail in my tire. They were extremely busy that day and initially told me I would likely be waiting until the end of the day. Since I wasn’t from the area and had no other choice, I agreed to wait, which I expected would be around three hours.
I explained my situation to the manager, and he went above and beyond by bumping me up in the queue. Within just 30 minutes, my vehicle was taken in and they started working on it.
The customer service was amazing, and what made it even more meaningful was that I had received the same great service when I visited this location about two years ago. That experience was actually the reason I decided to come back.
It’s rare to find a business that shows such great customer service, compassion, and understanding, especially when they’re already extremely busy.

“Stopped in while doing some shopping in the same plaza. Store was clean and smelled like fresh bakery items were cooking. It was a Sunday around noon. Very few of the little trial stands were running today. Employees were nice and the checkout did not matter as we use scan as you go.”
