“Do you help me? with the dust cover underneath my Car and the weight was supposed to be about two hours, but they did it right away for me. I appreciate that. Can I just screenshot the”
“Great experience. Nice guys @ the Palm Beach location. Brandon was willing to take me in right away. Had his mechanic fix the problem and took care of everything.
Now a days it so hard to find a good & honest mechanic, and everyone has bad experiences with some more than others. It's not very often I would recommend an auto shop, but Brandon and his staff has me wanting to return for other maintenance or repairs real soon.
So, if you want a friendly, reasonably priced, no nonsense place to bring your car, try them out.”

“Eli has been taking care of our fleet vehicles for about 2 years now. He is always thorough, responsive, honest and an all-around great guy. The mechanics working here take pride in their craft and it shows. I highly recommend Brake World.”
“We had a nail in our tire, we were in and out in under an hour. Jennifer, at the front desk, was very kind and helpful, as well as the rest of the team. Will use them again!”
“I just picked up my vehicle from having service done to my vehicle. I was greeted with smiling faces. Richard was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative from the time I dropped the keys off as well as picking them up.”

“Amazing Service
I came into Goodyear Auto Service in Royal Palm Beach for a tire repair after getting a nail in my tire. They were extremely busy that day and initially told me I would likely be waiting until the end of the day. Since I wasn’t from the area and had no other choice, I agreed to wait, which I expected would be around three hours.
I explained my situation to the manager, and he went above and beyond by bumping me up in the queue. Within just 30 minutes, my vehicle was taken in and they started working on it.
The customer service was amazing, and what made it even more meaningful was that I had received the same great service when I visited this location about two years ago. That experience was actually the reason I decided to come back.
It’s rare to find a business that shows such great customer service, compassion, and understanding, especially when they’re already extremely busy.
**Thank you to the entire service team at Goodyear Royal Palm Beach. You guys were amazing, and I truly appreciate everything you did for me!”

“I had an excellent experience at this Costco tire center. Roger (Rogelio) took the extra time to source the tires I wanted while there was a national supply shortage for them (probably due to the Michelin $80 rebate at the time) and as corny as it sounds, it made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely purchase my next set of tires from here.”
“Stopped in while doing some shopping in the same plaza. Store was clean and smelled like fresh bakery items were cooking. It was a Sunday around noon. Very few of the little trial stands were running today. Employees were nice and the checkout did not matter as we use scan as you go.”

“I brought my GMC in because there was a strange vibration. After test driving the truck and looking at everything they determined the transmission was over heating. Fabian suggested we do a transmission service first to see if that cleared it up. My 2015 GMC Yukon XL runs much better. He could have tried to sell me a transmission but he did the right thing and saved me money and gave me more time before needing such a big expense. Looking out for your customer is the best way to do business.”
