Edit: I am unfortunately moving out and wanted to update my review. I've come to learn that it's not the management company that makes an apartment but definitely the onsite team. From the IMT to ZRS switch over, the team remained the same and the level of customer service remained high. If you're looking for a luxe spot, with amazing amenities, super fun resident events, and a management team that truly cares about their community and the residents who live there, this is the spot! Not to mention the proximity to literally everything. If I could pack up the whole community and move it with me I would. Thank you guys for an amazing 4 years!”

He made me feel like family. He assisted me throughout the process and every step of the way. He went above and beyond and for that I’ll be forever grateful . “We lived at DWELL for a year and absolutely loved it. The whole experience — from move-in to move-out — was smooth and stress-free. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and we never had any major issues. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive — any small requests we had were resolved the same day.

The apartments are spacious and modern, the pool is clean, the gym is well-equipped, and the garage parking is super convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. We also had a few friends living here and they share the same positive opinion.

We only moved out because of personal circumstances, but we truly miss living at DWELL. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great, hassle-free living experience!”

“I honestly have a hard time believing the negative reviews that are on here. Also it feels weird to give an apartment complex a bad rating if you’ve never lived there? I’ve had nothing short of an amazing experience since day one. From first contact with the leasing office, setting up a tour, scheduling a separate second tour for my wife, going through the application process, getting their help with processing our ESAs, moving in, and now living here, it’s all been so smooth. HUGE kudos to Sid, who has been our champion from day one and made sure everything has gone off without a hitch. Maybe the people who left bad reviews could learn to catch more flies with honey. Coming from our last apartment with AC issues and an awful landlord who never took our concerns seriously, The Parker at Maitland Station is a godsend. I could go on about the community events which are so cute and fun, the amenities, the great location, or a ton of other great things, but I want to say one thing in particular. We had an issue with our AC about two months in (it was a super easy fix but I’m no HVAC technician), and we put in an after hours (around 9:00pm) emergency maintenance request because my wife is pregnant in her third trimester and she was worried about having no AC in the apartment. Maintenance came over in under 20 minutes, completely fixed it, explained it all to us, taught us what to do if it happened again, used a temperature gun to make sure it was blowing cold air, and had up and running and good to go all in about 15 minutes—ON LABOR DAY. I don’t care what the other reviews say, we were floored. Amazing service here, super friendly residents and staff. We can’t wait to have our baby shower here in the club room. I could go on but please take my word for it, it’s great here. Don’t let the grumps with the one star reviews fool you!”

“We decided Sabal Club was right he for us, and couldn’t be happier with that decision. The leasing office staff made sure our move-in process smooth and easy. Their assistance was invaluable, and they truly made us feel welcome. The location is a dream. We’re right next to Wekiva state park, which means scenic nature views, fresh air, and plenty of outdoor activities. Our apartment was in excellent condition when we moved in. Clean, well-maintained, and ready for us to settle in comfortably. The full gym is a game-changer. The pool area is inviting, and the tennis courts are a great option too. The leasing office staff deserves a special mention. They are incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist. Whether it’s answering questions or addressing any concerns, they have definitely made us feel valued. Highly recommended!”

“I’ve lived here for 2 years and find it difficult to even consider moving. The location is convenient, buildings and grounds are well kept, neighbors are great, and the staff are professional and considerate. Darlene has been wonderful to my kids and I from the beginning. She goes above and beyond anytime I had issues or concerns and I’m glad the new owners brought her back. The recent community events have also been awesome to enjoy and hope to see more this year!”

“The staff are absolutely phenomenal, and the pricing is quite fair for the size of the apartments. The only critique I’d give is that clothes have been given a burnt smell from all the dryers for the past year without any replacement machines. There are talks about getting this updated within the next few months, but I remain sceptical given how long the issue has been ongoing. I’d recommend spending the extra money on a fourth-party laundromat service for the foreseeable future. The apartment itself has no issues, but the laundry service is less than adequate.

CSC will be updating the machines on the 9th of July 2025. I have moved my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars in anticipation of this great upgrade!”

“Love the layout of the neighborhood, the speed bumps coming in are horrendous, but it’s a beautiful place. The office is nice when they finally get back to you.

But these past few months, there was a lot happening at the apartment complex. And Angela made it smooth sailing ever since. With all the unforeseen circumstances. “This complex is THE best in Altamonte Springs!
It is conveniently located a quarter mile from I-4.
Lakeshore sits off of 436. It sits back on a lake. In fact our pool is right on the lake. They also have apartments that face the lake. They have a great workout room, where ALL the equipment works. We have a laundry room, a dog walking area, they are dog friendly here.
The upkeep of Lakeshore is on point. The landscape is well taken care of. They are constantly changing the flowers where our sign is to keep it looking fresh and inviting.
There is a publix, a bank a UPS store and a hair salon.We are close to the Advent hospital
There are several places to eat around Lakeshore with all different price points.The Altamonte mall is within walking distance as well.
Our property manager is Meggan who is so nice and easy to talk to. She has a great maintenance team. Luis and Jerry. They are friendly yet professional. Never talks down to u even if it's just to show u how to put a bulb in a ceiling fan.
I call them the dynamic duo and they are an asset to team Meggan. My sister and I have lived in this complex for 20 years and have had the pleasure of living in 3 different apartments due to various reasons. However we have absolutely the best apartment in the complex, we think so anyway. We have been thru our share of property managers and Meggan is the best property manager we have had. Quick to wave and say hello.

“Been here now for 6 months. I love it here! It’s conveniently located near shopping and easy access to expressways. The units are very spacious and completely upgraded. The area is very clean and quiet. I do wish there was more things such as a play area and/or basketball court and picnic area for bbq grills to have a place to enjoy when family and friends visit. They do have monthly events for the residents with games, food vendors etc. There is a pool and gym and multiple lakes to view ducks, turtles and fish. Tanya is the best! She helped us relocate from 3 hours away. She made everything smooth, easy and convenient.”

“I've lived here over,3 years and; although it may not be the,most up to date with fancy ameities like an espresso bar, the features that are here are most useful and almost impossible fo find elsewhhere. For instance, no one has another tenat living above,or below them., Th 2 stories are the 2/2 units. Other than that, there are no steps at all to hike groceries up or other heavy items. i personally have had very good results and benefits from the trash pick up. i used to hate sticking a bag of trash in my car to lug to the dumpster. Not here- the trash pick up is extremely convenient and more sanitary. Last; but certainly NOT least, tbe staff here earns the 5 stars!! Just today actually, Junior fixed my A/ C before I would have suffered with the heat over the weekwnd He was sweet, kind, professional and like most staff here, really wanto help and enjoy your home. That ia priceless!”
