The facility was clean and well lit at night time. They offer overnight drop off which was convenient. Their work was professional and they updated me on status the whole way. “Called and got call center, I told the guy that answered I had Michelin tires and wanted the same or comparable I was quoted Uniroyal. After reaching I found I would not be happy with them, called back the next day. Got Nick in the store, told him what I had and what I wanted, gave him my price range, he gave me 3 options and ultimately sold me 4 Continental tires. I love them! Smooth quite ride, handle great. Nick and Michael are great, service was also great. In and out in 45 mins. I'm so glad I called back and got the store.”

The day that I purchased the car, there was a sign saying that there was a low tire pressure and they originally addressed it by adding air but we found out soon after that the issue kept reoccurring so I went back and their service was excellent. Starting with **MATT MUJICA** and ending with **CARLOS BALULA**. How they treated me and even my 4 yr old son was so sweet and helpful. “Great guy. Had him put some tires on in the past - but, this time more of a serious issue. Steering wheel was shaky, to my knowledge, all steering & suspension parts seemed fine, not knowing much about tires, the tires passed in my “diagnosis” as well, well - fortune told me otherwise. Told me not one, but both were bad, pointed the flaws out, showed me straight up. Straight to the point, good tires, good price. Appreciate it again buddy. “1st oil change. People seem nice, friendly and very profesional. Went for oil change and tire Rotation. Not too sure if tires were rotated or not. I normally mark them to be sure but forgot. Tire Pressure were not even checked. Driver side tires were at 38, pasenger front 34 and Rear 35 psi. 1st impressions really go a long way.”

“6 years ago, my engine blew on the way to Orlando. We were looking for a repair shop and came across Vega's. I told them that my engine blew and that we were on our way to a wedding. Mr. Vega loaned us a vehicle so that we could make it to the wedding and allowed us to return it the following day. While looking for an engine for my car, Mr. Vega offered to loan me his vehicle. I ended up renting a vehicle but thought that it was a very generous offer. He installed the engine and I haven't had a problem in 6 years. I called his office today to get a copy of the invoice showing that I made a payment. Hyundai is reimbursing me due to a class action suit on their engines. Vega's customer service, 6 years later, is still impeccable. Vega's Hi-Tech Auto is an honest business with skilled workers. If I lived in Orlando, I would be using them all of the time!”
