After the test, he recommended giving the battery a slow charge for 24 hours to see if it could still work. I really appreciated this honest approach, as he wasn’t just trying to make a quick sale but was genuinely looking for the best solution for me.
If the battery didn’t work after that, he gave me a written quote with a great price and the highest-performing battery model available on the market. In the end, I decided to follow his recommendation and purchased the battery, and I am completely satisfied with both the product and his advice.
Additionally, he gave me extra tips on changing the air filter, explaining how to improve my car’s performance. To ensure I understood everything, he even provided a written step-by-step guide, which shows his level of commitment to customer service.

“We recently got stranded in key largo w our Rv due to an air brake failure. I reached out to Freightliner in Hialeah Gardens and I spoke with Guillermo Bolton The service manager, he was extremely helpful and said when we got the RV to him, he would try his best to get one his technicians on it as quick as possible we were en route to Key West for the world finals offshore competition. It took some time to arrange for a tow through AAA, but we were able to get to the dealership at 9 AM. We were greeted by Liam in the service department, and he in the service manager quickly addressed our issue and immediately put a technician on it. They spent some time properly diagnosing ithe problem. Gave me a quote and said the RV would be done by 4 PM. We came back about 315 and the unit was complete. These are great people and got us back on the road in a timely matter if you need Rv Service or ever get stranded in South Florida. These are the go to people.
