“I was getting my oil changed at Hialeah auto care, and they said I had an oil leak. They were honest and said I need to see the dealer or an independant VW specialist. That is where Ariel and Krankenwagen come in. I stopped by around 10am and he immediately knew my problem just from a photo I had been provided of the leak. By 3pm my problem was solved with upgraded parts so this won't happen again.Ariel is a straight shooter and a very easy going guy who is also a guru of german cars. He is also just a nice guy to chat with in general. As long as I am living in crazy Miami, I know I have a good sane place that I can trust to bring my VW. If you are thinking dealer, think again, the last time my car was at the dealer for 2 weeks. 5 stars = Fahrvergnügen (driving pleasure)”

“On the 22nd of July (2022), I was driving through Hialeah when my radiator pretty much exploded. I was left stranded in a random parking lot in a place I've never been where the majority speak a different language to me. I walked in here and met Alex and Javier who were absolute godsends. Alex came out to my car who gave me a quick and correct diagnosis, ordered the part (when he said he could have it in stock in 45 minutes, it was literally 45 minutes - mind blowing!) Javier then hooked me up with a local mechanic who made time for me that day (also mind-blowing) and sent me on my way (literally about 8 blocks away). Javier even arranged it so my radiator would be sent there. about an hour later my car was fixed and had the wonderful experience of meeting the amazing people. They let me stay in their shop offering great hospitality as I had nowhere to go. If I could offer 6 stars I would. Needless to say if I am ever in the Hialeah area again I will definitely be stopping in to say hello. What a wonder bunch of people and amazing company and customer service!!! Thank you Alex and Javvy (and the owner who ever knocked off $20 off the radiator as he could see the dire situation I was in!) - Patrick”
