I crashed my car and didn’t know where to go, so I looked for places in Hialeah and I saw them, I got to their place 20min before closing and they gave me a quote instantly. They found the best price for me and broke down all the cost. It was very affordable and reliable. They ordered my parts immediately and within the next week, everything arrived. When they told me to bring my car in, they were sending me pictures throughout the process, asking permission to order more necessary parts when needed, they updated me throughout the process, and when I came to pick up the car, THEY DID AMAZING! “Extremely fair pricing on mounting and alignment-took him 4 tires and asked for a 4 wheel alignment, he told me in advance that he was backed up and I had no issue leaving the car for a couple hours. Owner called me once he was finished and the car is driving like new - honestly don’t know why the other reviews are bad mouthing the shop - had a very good experience and he definitely has my business from now on.”

“Went in to have a vehicle inspection done for my insurance. I was already annoyed going in because the insurance company told me it was a vehicle inspection of the interior and the owner showed me himself that they're requesting all the information on my vehicle, what options it has, I may as well have given the insurance company my blood type and social security, but the gentleman did his job quickly and was more than cordial with me and I even felt the need to apologize to him for my behavior. From one car guy to another I think he understood where I was coming from. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who has to deal with changing insurances for better rates and needs to have the inspection done. Fantastic service.”

“Guillermo hard to find “ unicorn “ !! 1st and foremost I’m very mechanically inclined and to make a super long story as short as possible I was having AC issue where it wasn’t blowing cold air…went to family friend mechanic where gauges were put on and was quoted over 1k went to other places and same response if not even worse . I myself checked my AC components completely and said to myself NO CHINA PARTS in my car . Luckily I stopped by an auto AC parts and asked if there was a trust worthy mechanic and found Guillermo. As I’m mechanically inclined I explained my situation and I suggested of just replacing an AC seloniod sensor valve by researching YouTube.. Guillermo said without hesitation that is your problem and look no further… All was $50 for the part and super cheap for evacuating system and refill… Guillermo can’t thank you enough!!! And definitely will go back if I need any auto service.. Also this was 1 year ago and car is still freezing like factory”

“Ruben from CRANK recently installed a new
Jasper motor and transmission in my 2018 Ford
F250. He received the motor and transmission on a Tuesday and completed it by Thursday. Ruben advised replacing any part that needed replacing such as a cracked manifold, spark plugs and wires and much more that were all visibly trashed. Ruben was referred to me by a guy named Frank from a transmission shop who installed a transmission in my 2007 20’ IZUZU NPR that failed not because of his work but because the fan failed which wasn't part of the scope of work. Anyway Frank
rebuilt the transmission again at no cost and said that so it doesn't happen again he would advise customers in the future to install a new fan. That professionalism told me that anyone Frank refers is also a professional. I'm extremely pleased with Ruben's work because my F250 runs like a dream.

“Two days ago I picked up a nail on the road on my camper (?), I called Good Sam’s and they dispatched a company to come and change the flat, we’ll let me tell you, it was better and easier than I thought it would ever be. A tire guy showed up with his truck, changed the tire, checked the air in all the other and did it with a smile. I felt very bad I didn’t have any money to tip him and he was just fine with it. We were on our way in less than 15 minutes, in my opinion it was fantastic.

“My boyfriend brought his car in the same day as we needed a strut replaced urgently. Pricing was very fair. After they took old strut off, they realized the replacement we bought was the wrong side. One mechanic offered to take us to the auto store to swap the part, unfortunately, it wasn’t in stock nearby. But, Without hesitation they agreed to allow us to come back the following morning with the right part. I brought it in and the guys immediately began working on it and fixed it within an hour and a half. I had our 2 year old with us, which is usually difficult, but we sat in the office and they made sure we were comfortable.The work was done precisely, quick and at an unbeatable price. “We recently got stranded in key largo w our Rv due to an air brake failure. I reached out to Freightliner in Hialeah Gardens and I spoke with Guillermo Bolton The service manager, he was extremely helpful and said when we got the RV to him, he would try his best to get one his technicians on it as quick as possible we were en route to Key West for the world finals offshore competition. It took some time to arrange for a tow through AAA, but we were able to get to the dealership at 9 AM. We were greeted by Liam in the service department, and he in the service manager quickly addressed our issue and immediately put a technician on it. They spent some time properly diagnosing ithe problem. Gave me a quote and said the RV would be done by 4 PM. We came back about 315 and the unit was complete. These are great people and got us back on the road in a timely matter if you need Rv Service or ever get stranded in South Florida. These are the go to people.
