“What a great experience I had getting my brakes done here!I previously went to my dealership, (dodge of Miami lakes)all they did was look through my tires and automatically said I needed new brakes and new rotors for the front alone. They gave me the estimate of over $1100!!They never took off my tires off to actually inspect the brakes close up.I left my truck there for a few hours, the dealership later called me and said they do not have the parts that I would have to leave the truck overnight. I told them to have my keys ready that I’m going to go pick it up and did not proceed with the purchase.The next morning I took a drive over to Mitos brakes. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and told the mechanic what the problem was. He took my truck on a test drive, then he had my truck on a lift and removed all of my tires.He then inspected every single brake. He brought me over to show me close-up, all my brake pads needed to be replaced, however that my rotors were in fine condition.To have all my brake pads replaced, labor and parts, it would cost me $390.!!!I was in shock on how my dealership would charge me $1100 for two brake pads and two rotors. On top of that they lied to me and told me that my rotors definitely needed to be replaced. they are a bunch of crooks.I recommend Mitos breaks 100%. They are professional, quick but most of all they are HONEST!!!!”

“Out of nowhere one of my tires blew up on me. Fortunately, I was able to park the car right in front of this store! I ask if they could help me move the car into the garage because my car was across with a blown tired and they did not hesitate to assist me in moving the car. I am grateful for their help in moving the car and change the tire that same day in less than 2 hours. It's definitely one of the best experiences I have had with a car shop! On another note, prices are very reasonable!”
“I was getting my oil changed at Hialeah auto care, and they said I had an oil leak. They were honest and said I need to see the dealer or an independant VW specialist. That is where Ariel and Krankenwagen come in. I stopped by around 10am and he immediately knew my problem just from a photo I had been provided of the leak. By 3pm my problem was solved with upgraded parts so this won't happen again.Ariel is a straight shooter and a very easy going guy who is also a guru of german cars. He is also just a nice guy to chat with in general. As long as I am living in crazy Miami, I know I have a good sane place that I can trust to bring my VW. If you are thinking dealer, think again, the last time my car was at the dealer for 2 weeks. 5 stars = Fahrvergnügen (driving pleasure)”
