Most of this occurred on a Saturday, which I thought was going above and beyond. He spent around an hour with me. On Friday I was greeted at the gate by this nice gentleman (I should get his name one of these days) who told me that my 2 items were now available for pickup. There’s nothing more to say than the fact that they believe in great customer service and have the best embroidery supplies. Thank you!”
