They greeted me and showed me various options for washers and dryers for my home and gave me upfront pricing and quality guarantees. They even gave me a great deal on delivery and installation. “1/25/2026--Another quality part ordered from Goodman's--the blade for my 30 year old blender. Yes, shipping was $10 (which, remember, pays for the cost of picking, packaging, and shipping). Comparing the cost of ordering from Goodman's compared to Amazon? Only $4, and I knew I would get an OEM part from Goodman's. One never knows what one will get when ordering from Amazon; the company selling the part on AMZN is outside of the U.S. I received my order in a timely manner, and it fits perfectly. I will always order my small appliance parts from Goodman's.
Previous review: Goodman's sent a glass replacement pitcher for my 30 year old Oster blender. I received it in a timely manner. It appears to be OEM as it has the Oster logo on it. Goodman's had the best price of all companies that stocked this pitcher.”

“I visited the Plumbing Department because I was having difficulty finding the correct fitting to connect a propane line to a gas dryer I purchased online from Home Depot. I was becoming quite frustrated trying to locate the right coupling on my own.
Ms. Marlen, the Plumbing Department representative, kindly approached me and gently asked if I needed assistance. She was extremely professional and demonstrated excellent knowledge. Not only did she find the exact fitting I needed, but she also took the time to teach me how to search for couplings properly in the future. She even tested the fitting using the hardware sample I brought with me to ensure everything matched perfectly.
She also provided helpful advice on how to secure the gas connection safely. I was truly impressed by her expertise and willingness to help.
I also want to recognize Ms. Alison at Customer Service and Mr. Mario, the Manager. I shared my experience with them, and they were both very kind and appreciative.
Thank you, Home Depot. Please take good care of these outstanding employees.
