“The whole experience was very pleasant. I was able to schedule periodic refills, and they have my credit card information, and they debit my account accordingly. Very happy with their services. Highly recommend AmeriGas.”

“We had an amazing experience visiting this showroom. Our consultant the charismatic Judy was very knowledgeable and provided so much detail in explaining all the appliances. lucky for us that day a chef was onsite and our son had a blast enjoying the delicious food and cookies. We did not have an appointment, I do suggest to make one and request Judy. She is the definition of luxury.”

“I hired this company to install a new A/C unit and replace my ductwork and vents. Since the day the unit was installed, it has leaked. I repeatedly contacted the company and had multiple technicians come out to inspect the issue. Rather than identifying and permanently correcting the source of the leak, the typical response was to apply additional tape, sealant, or patching materials. Nearly two years later, the unit is still leaking. The attached photo shows water leaking from inside the unit itself, not from a clogged PVC drain line. After numerous service calls and almost two years of ongoing issues, I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the installation and the efforts made to resolve the problem. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Update (July 2026): After my original review, the company returned, identified and repaired a refrigerant leak, replaced the insulation inside the unit, and I paid for the labor. Unfortunately, the unit is still leaking water into my garage and appears to still be leaking through the return box. I've contacted the company again and am waiting to see how they resolve the remaining issue. I will update this review based on the outcome. Final Update – September 2026: I wanted to come back and update this review now that I've had enough time to see how the system performs. Since their last visit in July, I have not experienced any additional leaking, and the A/C has actually been working better than it was before. While the overall process was frustrating and took multiple visits to get to this point, I do appreciate that they continued coming back and working with me to address the issue. As of now, everything appears to be working properly, so I've updated my rating to reflect the final outcome.”

He also cleaned out the dryer vent efficiently. Isaac is honest, fair-priced, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended! ?”

“Luxapatio recently completed my outdoor kitchen, pergola, and pool and I’m very pleased with the final result. I want to highlight the outstanding work of Martin Murdock, my project consultant. He planned the project exceptionally well, ensured I received all the key items, and made sure the final look matched exactly what I envisioned. He was consistently on time, highly organized, and very conscientious about every detail. There were delays on the construction side due to the workload of the construction manager, which affected the overall timeline. However, the team ultimately completed the project, provided the full closing package that included warranty documentation, and ensured everything was fully operational. Overall, the craftsmanship is excellent, the final product looks great, and Martin’s professionalism made a meaningful difference throughout the process.”

“What a wonderful experience working with this company, especially Sami. Woke up to a broken refrigerator and started searching for a new one so that we wouldn’t lose the food we had but also didn’t have it in the budget to go and get a new one. Searching for options I came across Sami and this company and I truly believe it was an answered prayer. Sami was very helpful throughout the day in answering my questions and helping us get the refrigerator purchased and delivered the same day. Delivery was excellent as well. Had a problem with a miscommunication and contacted Sami the following day and the company took ownership and went above and beyond to rectify it. They have just gotten a customer for life! Buy from them and ask for Sami, you won’t be disappointed!!!”

When I visited ARTIC (West) last month two times, she was very friendly, extremly helpful , really a smart person - thank you! Many other companies should follow this example. This is the best advertisement and marketing for a company. André from STUV , Germany”

“1/25/2026--Another quality part ordered from Goodman's--the blade for my 30 year old blender. Yes, shipping was $10 (which, remember, pays for the cost of picking, packaging, and shipping). Comparing the cost of ordering from Goodman's compared to Amazon? Only $4, and I knew I would get an OEM part from Goodman's. One never knows what one will get when ordering from Amazon; the company selling the part on AMZN is outside of the U.S. I received my order in a timely manner, and it fits perfectly. I will always order my small appliance parts from Goodman's. Previous review: Goodman's sent a glass replacement pitcher for my 30 year old Oster blender. I received it in a timely manner. It appears to be OEM as it has the Oster logo on it. Goodman's had the best price of all companies that stocked this pitcher.”

“The custom headboard came out beautiful and gave the room a much more finished look. I appreciated that they listened to our ideas instead of forcing standard designs. Delivery guys arrived slightly late due to traffic, but they worked efficiently once here and cleaned up every bit of packaging afterward.”

“Amechef from now on is my preferred option when it comes to getting restaurant equipment. I've been researching and organizing my budget for my startup restaurant. And I am so relieved that Annemarie was there to help and orient me through my options. She asked me all the necessary questions to make sure that the equipment had the right measurements and voltage based on my local. Besides, she compared several suppliers as my options... Atosa is the way to go! They followed up with me, and delivery was fairly quick. Overall, I am very pleased and I would recommend their service to anyone. Thank you Annemarie for your great attitude and willingness to help ? We would love to have you as a customer as well once we open!”

“I bought a new washer machine still in box at a good price. He installed and removed the old machine within 3 hours after purchase. The 2- men that came were fast and professional. I couldn’t ask for anything better! I purchased the washing machine over a year ago and it’s been running great. I’ll be heading there hopefully this week to see if they have a refrigerator. I would definitely recommend.”

“I walked in today with my daughter not knowing anything but estimated measurements and a Pinterest board. Taimi immediately introduced herself to us and showed me the showroom of the brand I was interested in. She guided me through the options and finishes. I had NO idea there were so many small decisions to make but she helped us through it all. She was able to find a great deal on a tub that was a floor sample and put together all the items in an easy to understand quote. Even down to the towel warmer for the wall. I am very grateful I came in today and was able to work with her. I will be recommending all my friends and family plus tell my GC to send all his clients. Finally excited for our bathroom renovation!!!”
