“I hired this company to install a new A/C unit and replace my ductwork and vents.

Since the day the unit was installed, it has leaked. I repeatedly contacted the company and had multiple technicians come out to inspect the issue. Rather than identifying and permanently correcting the source of the leak, the typical response was to apply additional tape, sealant, or patching materials.

Nearly two years later, the unit is still leaking. The attached photo shows water leaking from inside the unit itself, not from a clogged PVC drain line.

After numerous service calls and almost two years of ongoing issues, I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the installation and the efforts made to resolve the problem.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Update (July 2026): After my original review, the company returned, identified and repaired a refrigerant leak, replaced the insulation inside the unit, and I paid for the labor. Unfortunately, the unit is still leaking water into my garage and appears to still be leaking through the return box. I've contacted the company again and am waiting to see how they resolve the remaining issue. I will update this review based on the outcome.

Final Update – September 2026: I wanted to come back and update this review now that I've had enough time to see how the system performs. Since their last visit in July, I have not experienced any additional leaking, and the A/C has actually been working better than it was before.

While the overall process was frustrating and took multiple visits to get to this point, I do appreciate that they continued coming back and working with me to address the issue. As of now, everything appears to be working properly, so I've updated my rating to reflect the final outcome.”

“1/25/2026--Another quality part ordered from Goodman's--the blade for my 30 year old blender. Yes, shipping was $10 (which, remember, pays for the cost of picking, packaging, and shipping). Comparing the cost of ordering from Goodman's compared to Amazon? Only $4, and I knew I would get an OEM part from Goodman's. One never knows what one will get when ordering from Amazon; the company selling the part on AMZN is outside of the U.S. I received my order in a timely manner, and it fits perfectly. I will always order my small appliance parts from Goodman's.

Previous review: Goodman's sent a glass replacement pitcher for my 30 year old Oster blender. I received it in a timely manner. It appears to be OEM as it has the Oster logo on it. Goodman's had the best price of all companies that stocked this pitcher.”
