“I hired this company to install a new A/C unit and replace my ductwork and vents. Since the day the unit was installed, it has leaked. I repeatedly contacted the company and had multiple technicians come out to inspect the issue. Rather than identifying and permanently correcting the source of the leak, the typical response was to apply additional tape, sealant, or patching materials. Nearly two years later, the unit is still leaking. The attached photo shows water leaking from inside the unit itself, not from a clogged PVC drain line. After numerous service calls and almost two years of ongoing issues, I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the installation and the efforts made to resolve the problem. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Update (July 2026): After my original review, the company returned, identified and repaired a refrigerant leak, replaced the insulation inside the unit, and I paid for the labor. Unfortunately, the unit is still leaking water into my garage and appears to still be leaking through the return box. I've contacted the company again and am waiting to see how they resolve the remaining issue. I will update this review based on the outcome. Final Update – September 2026: I wanted to come back and update this review now that I've had enough time to see how the system performs. Since their last visit in July, I have not experienced any additional leaking, and the A/C has actually been working better than it was before. While the overall process was frustrating and took multiple visits to get to this point, I do appreciate that they continued coming back and working with me to address the issue. As of now, everything appears to be working properly, so I've updated my rating to reflect the final outcome.”

“What a wonderful experience working with this company, especially Sami. Woke up to a broken refrigerator and started searching for a new one so that we wouldn’t lose the food we had but also didn’t have it in the budget to go and get a new one. Searching for options I came across Sami and this company and I truly believe it was an answered prayer. Sami was very helpful throughout the day in answering my questions and helping us get the refrigerator purchased and delivered the same day. Delivery was excellent as well. Had a problem with a miscommunication and contacted Sami the following day and the company took ownership and went above and beyond to rectify it. They have just gotten a customer for life! Buy from them and ask for Sami, you won’t be disappointed!!!”

“I bought a new washer machine still in box at a good price. He installed and removed the old machine within 3 hours after purchase. The 2- men that came were fast and professional. I couldn’t ask for anything better! I purchased the washing machine over a year ago and it’s been running great. I’ll be heading there hopefully this week to see if they have a refrigerator. I would definitely recommend.”

“Went to this Home Depot because I was looking for something important that I needed at home. They had people there that were actually able to help me normally people that work Home Depot nowadays don’t care they try to avoid people, but this person asked me straight up if I needed help, and they walked me all through the store helping me out they even introduced me to other people there that were able to help me find the other items that I was looking for the manager of the store must know what they’re doing because other stores they have employees that run and hide and ref refused to help.”

“Been coming to the stores for many years and have always had a great experience. Recently, I used my total membership to have geek squad diagnose some issues with my desktop and Stefano and Jose went above and beyond to save the components that could be saved and guided me to buying a new motherboard and PSU. The total membership is definitely worth it and I will continue being a loyal customer to Best Buy!”
