“I have always used Bank of America. But, lately they have been lacking in service in store and on the phone. So i decided it was time to get a new bank. After much online research and consideration. I decided on Citibank, I came to this location to open my account. Now i realize I could have done it online, but that would not tell me how the service at the bank itself is. The lady that helped me open my account was so nice and helpful with everything. She answered all of my questions about the accounts they offer. She in detail explained to me the best and easiest ways to avoid the monthly fee of only 10 dollars. I have stopped into many other branches aside from this one and everyone is so nice to me. I calling the customer service is a pleasure not like with Bank of America. I call and the hold is so much shorter. I am very satisfied with this choice in bank so far. Also they have ATMs in so many places, Publix, gas stations and malls. Very convenient!”

“We USED to have a Farm Store in Napa CA and it was a LEZ couple, Then They have a other one in SAC CA and it was run few GAY/BI/BI-CURS Men and it was slighly bigger then Napa CA and REALLY DROP DEAD HUNKS and yes they was GAY/BI/BI-CURS and The had a TINY Store in SF CA and they ALL the CD/DRAG QUEENS and few gay LEATHER Teddy Bears work in the Farm Store in SF CA but can't say its the SAME place what is in FL? I like the one in the Sac CA one and it was the size of a KING SIZE Wal-Mart or Home Depot Farm Stores but more goold looking gay/bi/bi-curs guys! Sad FL does not have those guys!”

“Typically when I go to this Bank of America, I go through the drive-thru ATM. I can't fathom how many times I've gone through there throughout the years. They have many drive-they ATMs, plus the two or three walk-up ones. Needless to say, I've never had a need to go inside until recently. See, I needed some paperwork completed and I needed a client associate to help me. Hence, I went in, made the line, and was attended. Everything was relatively quick and painless. That and I was shocked at how big the bank was inside, especially when you consider this is in Hialeah of all places. All in all, very pleased with the professionalism of this branch; I'll continue using them for my banking needs.”
