This hertz is good. Its a local office and even tho its located in 49th st is easy to drive past it and not realize. Its in the same entrance as Subway. You drive like you going to subway you wont get lost. Call in advance also.

He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. I truly appreciate him listening to our concerns and his proactive approach in resolving the matter.
