I made the two appointments so we can start little by little. Yesterday we took the first one, baby Bruce and the process was smooth and they did the surgery at no charge, we only paid a little for the antibiotic and pain killer. They were very professional and treated us like any paying client. Love having a place close by that offers these services at no charge for people like us that help community cats and want to control the over population. Thank you so much and keep it up.

From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about his well-being. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made both of us feel comfortable during our visit.
A special thank you to Dr. Quintero and the entire team for the excellent care they provided. They thoroughly evaluated him, took X-rays, and kept us informed throughout the process. By the time we left, our boy was much calmer, and we had peace of mind knowing he was going to be okay.

2329 W 3rd Ct, HialeahProof that you can teach an old dog new tricks ?. Mochi is a 5-year old rescue, who had zero manners. It’s not his fault - no one ever taught him! After spending a month with Gerardo, he now knows commands, walks great on leash, doesn’t bark at people, and is less reactive to anything with wheels (possibly some old trauma)
Obviously the training doesn’t end there (this isn’t a miracle), but Gerardo did give him the foundation he needed and we continued the training at home. It’s been a week since I got him back and he’s improved tremendously!
Dogs are very smart, but they do require time, effort, and patience to be taught properly. With a busy schedule, I knew that wasn’t realistic for me, which is why I’m grateful I was introduced to Gerardo. I can’t recommend him enough! He’s very professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to training dogs, and I’m astonished at what he was able to accomplish with Mochi in just one month. THANK YOU! ?

8000 W 12th Ave, Hialeahmy dog bruno was a menace, he yanked on the leash, barked at everyone he seen and i felt like i couldn't live the life i wanted to because of him.
i talked to eddie and i was kinda nervous about sending my dog because i wasn't sure if it was gonna work. i got my dog back about 4 days ago and i am just amazed with the results, he has not pulled on the leash once, he is doesn't bark at everyone he sees anymore and the customer support is top tier.
i had to get a checkup for my dog because before hand i couldn't take him to vet clinics because of how aggressive he was. So eddie went ahead and let me bring bruno while he had a vet come to their office and handle everything for me. i dropped bruno off at asger k9, met with the vet and in 20 minutes, bruno got a checkup, got medication and he was good to go.
i'm extremely happy with the results and i just put my 5 month weenie dog in there, yesterday i came to drop off food and in 1 week, he's already sitting, walking by the heel and listens to everything.
i never thought it was possible for my dog bruno to be this calm and perfect. I work from home and he just sits next to me and won't move till i tell him to. Before hand he used to walk around, knock things over, chew on my stuff and now he's just everything i wanted in a dog.
i just had my first class when bruno got dropped off and i swear i asked the same question 3 times because i didn't understand and the trainer never made me feel stupid for asking more then twice.
Once again, I'm thankful for everything AsgerK9 did for me and my dog.

Without a doubt, he provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind.
He was always one step ahead of us, bringing drink refills before we even had to ask and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire meal. He even brought us to-go refills, which was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how much he cares about his guests.
On our most recent visit, we were celebrating my mom’s birthday, and Jered went out of his way to make her feel special. He was so sweet, warm, and personable that he truly made the celebration even more memorable. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only exceptional at their job but also makes every guest feel valued and welcomed.
Jered is the definition of outstanding customer service. He is attentive without being intrusive, efficient, professional, and genuinely caring. Employees like him are the reason people come back to a restaurant. We will absolutely continue returning to this location—solely because of the experience Jered gave us. I ordered the bandeja paisa, and every bite reminded me of home, perfectly seasoned beans, fluffy rice, juicy chorizo, and that crispy chicharrón that’s hard to find done right here in the States.
The atmosphere had that same cozy, family feel I remember from Sunday lunches growing up, genuine smiles, music from the old days, and portions that say “you’re family here.”

The people were extremely nice and helpful and our little baby Reese was absolutely adorable. We’ve had Reese for almost two years now. We bought her when she was 8 weeks. She’s now 35 pounds, and extremely active and healthy. Throughout the time we’ve had her she’s had very minor health problems due to her simply being a bulldog.
