7337 SW 8th St, MiamiWonderful experience overall. They were running a special promotion, so our cats’ dental cleanings were free, and we only paid for extractions, anesthesia, and bloodwork. This made care for our two senior fur babies very reasonable—each dental (including anesthesia and pre-anesthesia bloodwork) came out to around $500 per pet. Becky at the front desk was incredibly kind and even gave us a few cans of wet food for our cat who had a tooth extracted. She also waived the credit card fee for us!
We also appreciated that Miami Animal Clinic has an in-house lab. Our cats needed blood work before anesthesia, and unlike other clinics that require a separate visit, everything was handled in a single appointment. The staff was patient, professional, and easy to work with.
I’m giving four stars instead of five only because I would have liked a bit more explanation around the dental findings and recommended extractions. Overall, though, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them for convenient, kind and reasonably priced care.

Additionally, he was able to get our complicated dog food refilled without the hassle of having to have a food card with the special diet. Ricky was such an amazing tech in the front, very friendly and provided us with free treats and automatic gift card for our dog. Gabby was also very helpful and knowledgable about dog procedures and giving post-session information. She also gifted us a frisbee and scarf for our first visit. Environment was clean, and had a lot of separate and private stations. Outside has a mini water station and pee station for the dogs. Overall, experience at Chewy was amazing and undeniably beneficial compared to services at other pet stores.

She goes above and beyond to make sure pets are calm, safe, and well cared for, while also reassuring owners during stressful visits.

The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares. They were also super helpful and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better.
One of my favorite features was the webcam access. Being able to check in on Ghost not just in his room but also during playtime gave me so much peace of mind. That alone sets them apart.
Ghost came home completely exhausted, which tells me everything I need to know, he had an amazing time. It’s clear he was well cared for and had a full day of fun.
This will definitely be Ghost’s home away from home whenever I travel. Highly recommend!

8509 NW 66th St, MiamiI went with my mom and sister to be honest it was amazing!!! We were the first customers that day and the lady that work was so nice funny and kind. The food comes out fast and hot. The drinks are so good. We had the pinacolda and the lemonade so big and fresh!! I’m going again so good! The pizza were amazing their hot honey delicious and their pasta was out of this world! Also the bread was so yummy!!

It’s important to note that the dog park is for all dog sizes, not separated by small and large breeds. The entire area is covered in turf, with the exception of a mulched walkway and the bench area.
Overall, people here are really friendly. I’ve brought my dogs several times and have only felt slightly concerned once or twice by a few dogs that seemed a bit aggressive — though nothing ever actually happened.
Side note: It normally isn’t that easy to find a place to park. Wish there were more parking spaces.
