6702 Main St, Miami LakesBrigadeiros Boutique is such a quaint and charming little café! I stopped by and ordered a Matcha latte, which was smooth, flavorful, and really well made. The lady at the front was warm and welcoming, which made the experience even nicer.
The café itself is very cute, with a cozy vibe and a touch of elegance since they also serve wine. There isn’t indoor seating, but there are a few small outdoor tables where you can sit and enjoy. It felt like a perfect spot for a quiet coffee break or catching up with a friend.
Overall, I loved the atmosphere, the friendly service, and the quality of the drink. Definitely a hidden gem worth visiting!

8030 NW 154th St, Miami LakesThe food at The Butcher Cuisine is truly excellent. Everything we tried was outstanding. The picanha was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The pulpo (octopus) was tender and seasoned just right. The chicharrón was crispy and delicious, and the filet mignon was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection.
You can really tell they focus on quality ingredients and great preparation. The flavors were rich, the presentation was beautiful, and the overall experience was fantastic. If you’re in Miami Lakes and looking for amazing food and great meats, this place is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended!

While the ambiance is still somewhat dated, and it is a chain restaurant concept which has seen better days, the appetizers especially the blooming onions were great.
Overall I would recommend the appetizers and the fish but not the steak.
Service was good and pleasant but not exceptional. Good value for money, especially if you’re looking for nostalgia for another time.

My favorite was the ceviche sampler with three different flavors — each one was excellent. We also ordered the fish dish and the seafood rice, and both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The sushi rolls were delicious as well, and the dessert was a great way to finish the meal. The cocktails were also very enjoyable.
The portions were very generous, and we couldn’t even finish everything. Of all the Peruvian restaurants we’ve visited so far, this one is our favorite. It’s also the closest to our home, which makes it even better. We will definitely be coming back!

I ordered a classic combination, and it hit all the right notesVaca Frita / Shredded Beef: Perfectly crisped on the edges while remaining tender on the inside, loaded with beautifully sautéed onions and fresh lime wedges to cut through the richness.
Arroz Congrí: The black beans and rice were perfectly seasoned, savory, and fluffy—the ultimate base for a traditional Cuban meal.
Yuca con Mojo: could have been better. It felt very watery.
The portions here are massive, the flavors are rich and comforting, and it tastes just like a homemade meal. Definitely a go-to spot in Miami Lakes when you want great food, fast service, and classic Cuban flavors. I will absolutely be back!
