“I had a disappointing experience at the South Miami location, but the ladies at the Westland store completely turned that experience around! Angelic and Jeanette were absolutely amazing. They were kind, patient, professional, and genuinely went out of their way to help me fix the issue. Their customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated how they listened and made sure I left satisfied. It’s refreshing to encounter employees who actually care about their customers and take pride in providing great service. Thank you, Angelic and Jeanette, for making things right and restoring my faith in Uniform Advantage. You both deserve recognition for the way you treated me! ❤”

“I came here to get some shoes for work, but needed to be extra-wide. Staff Karla was so helpful she showed where to get the extra wide and wide shoes. She even went to the back to get a size but there was no 9 size on the store. She went out of her way by taking the time to call another store and search that size in the same style!!! She found it on another store and asked them to save it for me. She was so helpful and this store all staff were super friendly and were ready to help! Thank for great shopping experience for someone who needs specific extra wide and 4E shoes.”

“Big shout out to this store and specifically Ashley, we came in looking for a trendy shoe, nothing specific in mind and Ashley was an absolute gem! She took her time we went from converse to vans and after my niece who is 8 years old saw how cool Ashley looked in her vans we found our back to school shoes! Ashley even laced them up cool so she doesn’t have to tie them and we were rocking! Thank you Ashley for you patience with us!”

“I just came in to exchange my shoes for a smaller size and a red hair lady that worked there was rushing me and told me she didn’t have my size which was 4 then another young guy wearing glasses asked me if I needed help and he explained to me the sizing and how it worked and told me he was gonna find me the size 4 for my air vapor max. So he went to the back and found the size I was looking for and he made the exchange. He gave me really good costumer service and helped me find what I was looking for quickly and efficient and I’m grateful because if it was for the lady I would’ve gone home with the bigger size that was actually huge on me haha”
