“These guys do a really great job. When I contacted them, I was out of state and in a bit of a pinch. Marcella was super helpful in scheduling with me and following up. Carlos, Octavio, and Jose did an awesome job during the move. They were efficient yet very respectful and careful with my property. At all times I felt like I was in good hands. I believe the price was very reasonable considering the high level of service provided. I plan on using Sebastian Moving again when I am in need of moving services!”

“When I got my unit back in December, Dee went above and beyond in showing me different size units for me. She was very informative and efficient but most important…personable. The facilities are very clean and in great condition. The unit I received is easily accessible and exactly what I was looking for at a good price.And when we went back to the office to sign up, I met Holly who is also wonderful. She offered moving advice as well as accessories if needed.Since December, I have interacted with both Dee and Holly in the office from time to time and they are always so friendly and supportive. Wish I could give 10 stars!”

Rocky gave me amazing customer service and went above and beyond to see that I got into my unit and that everything was to my liking. “Good location, clean, easy access, and a lot of carts to help move in and out. Only “inconveniences” were the lights inside would cut off automatically so we had to go down to the elevator to get them to turn back on, and then people parking right in front of the doors in the NO PARKING zone right behind our U-Haul ramp so we had to be careful when unloading (but that one isn’t necessarily the storage places fault)”

“I found SmartStorage online, filled out a form and submitted the payment for the unit size I needed.Then, I went to the storage office where I met Jay, the storage manager, and signed the lease. Jay was super attentive and welcoming; he showed me around the place, gave me helpful information about the hours, code system, and escorted me to my storage unit. I was able to immediately load my stuff on one of the available carts, and take them to my unit using the elevator.The hole leasing process was quick, nice and efficient, as well as the staff. The place is clean, has working cameras and a big monitor surveilling the images at the front office. I felt well taking care off and that my belongings are stored in a safe place.”
