You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in helping people. The new employee she was training was also incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to help, which says a lot about the environment Tiffany creates. Moving and dealing with storage issues can be exhausting, but their customer service completely changed the experience for me.
