“First time renting a storage unit and Xavier was happy to walk me and my parents through several options and sizes until we were able to narrow it down to what we need. He even recommended how to accommodate our stuff to make sure it all fits. He went the extra mile, great customer service, excellent attitude and fluent in spanish made my parents feel welcomed and comfortable when explaining the lease agreement to us. Rented a 10x10 in May. Thanks again.”
“Leo was really great and helped me so much, I had accidentally gotten the wrong unit due to someone else at a different location but he helped me out so much and made the transition for me so seamlessly, all I had to do was pay the difference. The storage unit are new and they look really good and are very spacious. Leo was very polite and guided me to make sure I knew exactly where my unit was so I wouldn't get lost and answered all my questions as well. If you are looking not only for a storage unit but also helpful staff then this is the place and ask for Leo.”
