“No complaints. Can't beat beach front property - first time Ive had this luxury. (We paid with points) If this is in your price point, I think you will be happy. Not extra fancy, but does the job. Didnt eat at the hotel restaurant so can't comment on that. Beach chair staff were very nice.”

“Situated across the street from the beach, we enjoyed a lengthy, relaxing stay at the Royal Blues Hotel in Deerfield Florida. Our modern ocean facing room with terrace and outdoor lounges was large, well furnished and always immaculate. The bathrooms feature a digital shower, luxury tub and more. The hotel boasts a 5 star restaurant with patio and outdoor seating. Food was fabulous and chef accommodating with special requests. Beach lounges, towels and iced water are available on request, and set up on the shore for your comfort. Over all our stay was wonderful. A special shout out to the staff and management. Amazing crew. We have stayed at the Royal Blues before and look forward to visiting again.”

“We have been utilizing the services of Tropical Florida Rentals for the last 3 years. It is rare that we have needed to contact the office or Mike for any issue, but when we do the response is immediate or within 10 minutes and the problem is resolved. Staff has been very accommodating and attentive to our requests and needs. I can recommend Mike and his staff without reservation. I look forward to our next visit.”

“This place is an absolute gem. It's situated in a very high end neighborhood in the Ocean Ridge section of Boynton Beach. Public beach access is across the street. The whole property has recently been very nicely renovated. The pool and staff are awesome. Plenty of restaurants nearby. I'm sure I'll be back again soon.Rooms: The property was recently renovated with great attention to detail. The rooms are very very nice.Walkability: Sun Dek is across the street from a public guarded beach.”

“I loved my 10 day stay here. I joined my husband on a business trip so I was alone most of the time. Great management, and beautiful grounds. The pool is beautiful and feels so tropical! We stayed in a comfortable studio with a usable kitchen for making meals. It was a very easy walk to the beautiful sunrises and all the restaurants to choose from. I felt very safe here and walking around. I am looking forward to my next staySafety: I would walk to the beach in the dark (before sunrise) and always felt very comfortable and safe.Walkability: beach is about a block awayFood & drinks: There were many restaurants within a mile or less.”

“Very nice hotel near a lot of shops and restaurants. Rooms are very clean and nice pool with an excellent gym overlooking the pool. Lots of workout equipment. They have a nice dining area as well as the M. lounge, also known as the concierge lounge at most Marriott. It’s near Boca center shopping and some very fine food restaurants close by. Plenty of parking on site as well. Lots of places to walk as well, including the area where there was an office building and found this great path with these man-made waterfalls. Train tracks are close by on the other side of the office park, but there are some great walking paths that parallel the trains.”

“Our family has stayed here for 4 years in a row. We always enjoy our time here! The pools are heated and salt water which is a bonus. The rooms are great and the staff is responsive. It is a great atmosphere for families and close to everything Delray has to offer.”

“My friend and I stayed at the Boca Raton Resort for a conference. Upon pulling up under the entrance cover we were surrounded by staff immediately unloading luggage, providing information about the valet service and directing us to the registration area. As we had entered the property at the security gate, our information was transmitted to the registration desk so all the information had already been pulled up and our key provided in a very short period of time. No wait. We were informed the facility was all inclusive and tips were not required/expected by staff. The food within the facility was slightly more than you would pay outside, but the cuisine was exceptional. The entire experience was more than anyone could have expected. the room renovations to this 1926 hotel were also well done making the whole experience welcoming and enjoyable.”

“The 30's style hotel is very nice, we were warmly welcomed, the hotel is a splash of color, the old wooden furniture and floors are very nice. For breakfast there were always 3 types of muffins, juice and coffee and cornflakes.Rooms: In the style of the 30s with wooden floors, real wooden furniture, very nice, colorful, the location was very good, the air conditioning worked, 1 star deduction: unfortunately you had to pay an extra $15 per day for the refrigerator, which is what every motel has today small refrigerator is included”

“Service is good. Room was very clean, but a bit old looking. Close to beach. We had a 1Bedroom apartment. No dishwasher, but everything else. Staff goes out of it’s way to make sure you are looked after.”

“We spent 8 nights at the hotel and we were very happy. We had stayed there 10 years ago and clearly most of the hotel has been refurbished since then. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in the room, whilst being very efficient, is also very noisy. This is the only reason for 4* rather than 5*. Other than that, no complaints. Staff were all extremely helpful - in particular Faith on the front desk. Location is perfect and the studio room that we stayed in was huge - exactly what we needed. We will definitely return.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time. They let us check in early so we could shower after our flight. Everyone was so friendly, and would open all the doors for us. I truly am not used to that behavior and it’s the little things like that, that make it feel like a vacation!Room was gorgeous, awesome nespresso machine, pool was great and Austin was super helpful.When it was rainy Saturday they gave us umbrellas to borrow for the day!We took the moke shuttle to the beach and our driver was so friendly! We then got access to beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy the day oceanfront. They also gave us a complimentary beach bag with some towels to borrow.Thanks again for everything! Will definitely recommend and come back.Walkability: The pineapple grove district is very walkable with great restaurants and live music.”

“Fantastic Spa and resort. I have stayed in every part of the hotel. This time, I stayed in the Yacht Club, and it was a wonderful experience of elegance and exceptional service. We had a butler, breakfast was included, daily use of the spa, a private entrance to our suites. The rooms were very large with a living room and dining area. The door to the balcony slides open, so you could leave open while sitting outside or in the living room. The restaurants are really good, especially the Flamingo Restaurant and the Italian restaurant. Everyone was so nice.”

“A little paradise - stylish, cozy, private , immaculate , modern. Enjoy living like a local . Pool feet from your door, truly in the heart of Delray . A few minute walk to Atlantic Ave shops and restaurants - 10-15 minute walk to beach. And Ann hostess of the mostess- the best . And did I say dog friendly . Be sure to visit Bedners farm market - best vegetables and Clay’s fish market for fish truly off the boat.”

“This is not the Hampton we normally stay at in this area, but we decided to give it a try because our usual favorite increased its rates to more then we can budget when in town on business. We are so glad we stayed here!!! The staff is soooo nice and the roo.s were cleaner and nicer then our usual Hampton. Breakfast was a large selection of well prepared foods. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here whenever we are in the area.”

“This hotel was one of the best small hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms are extremely clean and the pool/patio was a great place to grill and hang out with our friends. The staff are second to none and make you feel like you are part of their family. Shout out to Sam for helping us with organizing some activities while we were there, and Drew for making sure we always had anything we needed. They are really outstanding.Rooms: The rooms are EXECPTIONALLY clean and well taken care of.Nearby activities: The beach is across the street, and there is a nice little park a block away too. It’s also walking distance to restaurants, shops, and bars.Safety: Staff is always around and the area was safe enough that I felt fine with my mom walking around the neighborhood by herself.”

Was a minute from the beach, but I took advantage of the great Beach Club (worth the extra 10 min walk). Shout out to John and Nick at the front desk for being stellar. “This is generally a really good basic hotel in a location that makes the Miami metro very accessible. We stayed for three days and had only pleasant interactions with all of the staff. The pool looked really nice, and the breakfast was basic but good. We really liked how easy it was to get to the beach area, 95, and the Tri-Rail station. The only issue is that the room needed to be vacuumed a little better.”

Its ups outweighed its downs:THE GOOD STUFF* Front desk staff let me check in at 10AM and upgraded me to a massive suite for a minimal upgrade fee* None of those silly "resort fees" * Bed was comfortable* Bar is lively, with locals and their pets stopping by, and bartender Jason was very friendly* Pool is decent-sized and actually suitable for laps* It's within a couple blocks of the Brightline station and a lots of restaurants and bars (the Italian place in the same building is excellent... review coming up...). The beach is about a mile walk away.* Solid 100mbs WiFi, although I might have been given an upgraded plan* Housekeeping did a thorough job, even though they needed to be summonedTHE NOT SO GOOD* The window shades were stuck in the down position, which obscured views that the very dirty windows already obscured* No in-room safe* Shower water pressure was extremely low. C'mon, guys. There's plenty of water in Florida. The state is probably 80% water, going on 100% by the end of the century.I'd consider staying there again if I'm ever in that area again.”

“Rooms need work, beds are old and need replacing. One of 2 elevators were out of order for our entire stay. Location and staff were great!Walkability: You can walk to downtown Delray for shops and restaurants, or even easier walk to the beautiful Delray beach.”

“Pompano Beach Federal Hwy Hotel is such a beautiful hotel with so many places close within walking distance... but on top of that, the customer service is amazing. I book hotels for my work throughout the year and Pompano Beach has always gone above and beyond in terms of making sure everything goes wonderful!! I can't say enough about the level of care that their staff gives.”

“This is our second visit at Deerfield Best Western Plus and it is 100% worth the price. We have zero complaints. It is close to I95 and close to my Dad's condo. They have a very nice pool and hot tub (that we unfortunately didn't get to visit this trip). Rooms are very clean and we love the air fresheners! Also on a side note- the shower heads have perfect water pressure!)Rooms: Rooms are exactly what you need. We had two separate rooms, a living room with couch/bed and the bedroom with King bed. Each room had a TV. Rooms and bathroom are efficient, clean and spacious.Walkability: Everything is easily accessible. You can park close to the elevator closest to your room and the pool/hot tub is centrally located.Food & drinks: They have one of the better free breakfasts we've experienced with more hot options than most. The waffles rock!”
