“Simply AMAZING! I booked a room last minute for my mom who needed some recovery time after a hospital stay. She has mobility issues and needed an accessible room, which luckily the Delray Sands had. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendliest valet staff (shout out to Dwight - you're awesome!) and getting checked-in and to our room was a breeze. The room was very nice with an ocean view, however upon entering, we discovered that the shower was not a walk-in, which we needed. I called the Front Desk to see if any other options were available, and they graciously accommodated my mom by offering a new room the next day (it was occupied at the time). The new room was perfect with an even more amazing ocean and pool view. The transfer was seamless and overall, my mom enjoyed her stay and was able to leave feeling refreshed. James at the Front Desk was a rock star who made us feel so welcome and cared for. I can't recommend this hotel enough and I'm so glad I went on a whim and booked...I will now be making a point to book my own stay-cation there so I can enjoy this wonderful property and the exceptional staff.”

“Our High School swim team held its end of season banquet at the Wyndham Resort Deerfield, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was beautiful and convenient, creating a celebratory atmosphere for the team and families. The food was absolutely amazing - fresh, well presented and enjoyed by everyone. We couldn't ask for a better venue to celebrate a successful season and would highly recommend it for group events and banquets.”

“This a very quaint property. It was perfect for someone who loves simple & super clean. Perfect location. The bed wasn't bad. It definitely could use new pillows. It was so peaceful and quiet. The location was literally a block away from the beach. I walked every day from the hotel to the beach. Be aware the room did not have USB ports so bring your power bricks. Can't till my next stay.. “We are locals of Broward county. In October 2024 we went for our 10 year marriage anniversary. It was a google search option based on prior reviews and price for two weekend nights. The property was immaculately maintained. We were blessed with an upgrade to a villa without no extra charge at check in. We where wowed when we stepped in the villa, just beautiful. We never did have a honeymoon so we acted like this was it?. Great location, safe, quiet and super comfortable... like home. Staff was kind and welcoming. My only recommendation to front desk staff was complimentary eye mask, to add to the already villa' s complimentary basket, as the property is well lit for safety and security with coded locked gate for after hours. Planning ahead this anniversary and we are strongly thinking about going back for three nights this time and am booking the villa just in case there is not a happy chance of getting a free upgrade ?. Hope to see the Crane's Beach House Boutique Hotel family soon?. Thanks for being apart of our 10 year marriage anniversary experience and sorry for late post?”

“The Veranda ballroom is Absolutely beautiful and elegant !! We really enjoyed from the start until the end. The service from the staff was outstanding , my daughter had the best 15th birthday ever!! Highly recommended... Love it”

“The Beach Club at the Boca Raton is a hidden gem. It puts any Ritz, Waldorf, or Four Seasons to shame. From walking in to checking out, the staff is cheery and outgoing addressing you by name; property is extremely well maintained and updated; and service itself was excellent (turn down service, cleaning, etc. was all prompt and done impeccably).

I’d never seen any hotel with blackout curtains that included the brackets on the side of the window, so when down it blocks out 100% of light. As someone who enjoys sleeping in a dark room, this was such a nice feature that wasn’t advertised anywhere.

If there was one complaint, it’s that the valet service can be extremely slow - we had to budget 15-20 minutes after requesting our car every time for them to pull it around, but that’s probably due to the property also being a member club.

Will definitely be back.”

“I’ve been coming here the last 30 years with my family and I haven’t been to a better club. I highly recommend going to the Boca Rotan Club. The staff are incredible and the atmosphere is amazing.”

“We had a great stay with Sun Dek. Love that it wasn't a chain and staff were super-friendly and personable. The room and pool were very clean. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.”

“Amazing hotel but the doors are extremely loud when being closed in the hallway. When a door is closed, the inside of your room has an extremely loud bang. That’s means you’re up at about 8am when it all begins and hear it at night when guests arrive back to their rooms.

Service is amazing! Really friendly staff. Expect 20% gratuity added to every bill… yes, that includes buying a cigar. Valet parking is available at about $60 per day.

The pool area is exquisite but for hotel guests and member too; sadly not available if you have friends or family come to visit.

I really wanted to rank this at 5 stars as I like it much better than the Breakers… hope they fix the hallway/room sounds!

Rooms: Room are exceptionally clean but loud because of a flaw in design.

Nearby activities: The hotel is close to downtown Boca Raton, giving you options right outside the gates.

Safety: Extremely safe!

Walkability: The hotel grounds are extremely large and walkable. It’s also a walk to the beach.

“The suites are big but low class, with a very noisy airco. The regular rooms are much better. But still not worth 4 stars. The pool area is nice. The location is good if you need to be here in boca.”

“Best place to stay in Delray!! The location is amazing and perfect if you don’t have a car. Only a short walk to the main ave, walgreens, and publix. The communication and customer service was great and everything was so easy. If I ever get to return to the area, I will definitely stay again!”

“We had an amazing experience here for the last four nights. The staff is all amazing, so genuinely kind and lovely to be around. The woman who ran the breakfast buffet, not sure of spelling but her name is Carmalite, she was a true gem of a woman. The best smile and just a huge heart, I loved her. Breakfast was great too! The rooms were very clean, the women cleaning the rooms were all so wonderful and kind too. The beds were pretty comfortable, and the location was fantastic. This was a really great experience, highly recommend!”

“This is the only hotel I book when I visit Pompano Beach. The management at this location is always so hospitable and has great rates for families of children at Broward Children Center which I wholeheartedly appreciate. I will be renting a room there again, this month....and finally decided to leave a review because I just adore this hotel.Rooms: The rooms are updated with modern fixtures and utilities. Very nice quality and nicely decorated always, and the rooms are always clean.Safety: The neighborhood is busy, but more upscale..didn't see too much loitering or weird activity, it was safe for me because I always take safety precautions when traveling.Walkability: It's restaurants within walking distance, as well as convince stores. I caught Uber everywhere, but could definitely have walked to most locationsFood & drinks: They have soda machines and snacks for purchase in hotel lobby, a hot bar/breakfast in the mornings which is a nice amenities, but you have Popeyes close by, Hooks Fish and Chicken and again, convenience stores.”

I was in room 110 that was recently remodeled. The bedroom was huge with a little kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer and microwave, all in good working order! Everything was very clean. It was just what I needed at a good price!!”

“I travel weekly for work and came from an awful experience with an unclean hotel at the Embassy Suites across the street. I got a refund from the Embassy Suites and looked for the closest, clean hotel. I found this Spring Hill Suites across the street and immediately had an amazing guest experience. Zhanna greeted me at the front desk and was very kind and attentive. She ensured my stay was clean, convenient, and easy. After a long 24 hours of travel, I very much appreciated her kindness and attentiveness. The room was clean, quiet, and updated. I will be choosing Marriott hotels when booking weekly work travel because of this great experience.”
