“I love the Post Office on Ellis Ave in Lakeland. That's the closest one to me. The clerks know me rather well. Everyone is really very nice an helpful with whatever you need, whether mailing things or getting stamps etc. You can mail packages, envelopes etc. They do tend to get busy now and then especially around the Holidays like Christmas when people are wanting to mail their packages at that time. You can even buy envelopes an boxes for Priority mail to send your things in. The clerks can also give you an address label for your package if you need one. They try an take care of each person as quickly as possible. When you walk into the Post Office, the 1st thing you see is the area with all the post office boxes, that's if you have one. Then go to your right an that's the main part of the post office.”

“We LOVE The Bartow Post :) The Carriers we have are FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING. Miss Tiffany is our usual Carrier and She's AWE-SOME!!! The Office was SUPER HELPFUL when I had a package there on Christmas EVE that I needed, but didn't get into the Jeep-so they let ME come and pick it up :) GREAT PEOPLE!!”
“What are the hours for the PO Boxes? How come it’s not 24/7? I can barely find time from work to check my box. I was told 24/7 went and closed. Then I was told 7 days a weeks 7:30 went and closed. Who in the hell can you check your box if you work 6-6? Sucks man. Is there a different location that’s 24 hours? If so, can I switch?”
“This is my favorite post office. I have been a regular mailer at this location, sometimes multiple times a week, for 10 years. The staff is smart, quick, helpful, and freaking hilarious. It is like going to visit your friends. If I could give them 10 stars it wouldn't be enough. Love you!”
“Great service. Pleasant staff. Advertised prices do not match for medium express mail boxes. The sign says 22. They charge 24. When I told them it was not legal to charge over the advertised price they showed no care and did not express any intent to correct the error”
