“This is an honest repair shop. They had the parts available to fix my daughter’s iPhone 12 Pro Max. I was also able to purchase a screen protector and a case for it from here. The screen was fixed in less than an hour, and he installed the screen protector for me too! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at how quickly he was able to do the repair with the amount of customers coming in and out. Prices were more than fair, considering the overhead these small shops have to pay to stay open. I highly recommend this place for any of your iPhone repairs. It is extremely hard to find honest, hard working people these days that don’t over charge and under serve. This place is the real deal and I would use them again. Thank You”
“This Verizon store and it's employees should serve as a model for exemplary business ethics and quality customer support and service. We walked in, were greeted at the door and offered assistance right away. The store is quite large, very clean and organized and while many customers were being helped simultaneously, the atmosphere was quiet and calm. Levon in particular was exceptionally professional, kind and knowledgeable. My husband's phone was hacked. My 86 yr old mother and I also needed an upgraded more secure phone which we were both anxious about. Levon not only ensured we got the best deal possible but sat patiently while we both asked a million questions. He walked us through everything after completing the new phone set up and offered on-going support in the future if/when we need it. As an intelligent person who is admittedly threatened by new technology, my angst was alleviated by Levon's professionalism, patience and willingness to go above and beyond for his customers. I will now never go anywhere else but this Verizon store for any of my cell phone, tablet, or Verizon service needs. Just knowing we now have such invaluable technology support so close by

“I was in the store a few days ago and had the pleasure of speaking with with Janie and Troy. I was waiting on delivery of my new Galaxy S25 Ultra and had questions about transferring data, etc. They were extremely helpful and informative about the phone. They told me that when I received the phone, to come back and they would help me with anything and everything.
I received the phone and called to see if they're working today. They aren't.
I spoke with Julian. He was also extremely kind and knowledgeable. He stated to come in anytime and he would help me with whatever questions I had. He even suggested I make a list, so not to forget and he'd help me along.
I am so happy with the customer service at this T Mobile store.
They have a stellar staff. Kind, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding.
