“I can't say enough about this family establishment & the man behind the operation, Tom. I purchased a used car for my daughter from Tom & Thomas Jr.
Shortly after purchase, it started having intermittent transmission problems. I called Tom for input & was told to bring it back to him ASAP & he wold fix it... That's the type of man running Advantage. Not only did he fix the car, he gave it top priority in very valuable shop real-estate, with dedicated lift, & didn't charge me a dime! Even after the car was fixed I received a follow up call to make sure the car & my daughter were doing well.
I'll forever promote Tom & his family at Advantage, giving them any and all business I can. An honest family business. Don't hesitate to go see Tom if the need arises & on the right day you can meet 3 generations!”

“The automotive side is great, the audio side is just as great. The only thing holding it back from the 5th star is communication. They don't answer their phone numbers, so good luck with that, but they do a good job of calling you back later if you leave a message. (Janice should probably consider hiring a full time front desk person.)
They are bad about not giving a quote on the work, and a few times they started on work without telling me the price. I'm in a position to be able to afford it, but it would have made me very angry in my youth. These guys do good work, I'd recommend them... just stand firm and demand an actual, calculated number before letting them work lol. Also their labor is a tad on the expensive side.”
