“I was visiting Bloomington when my car broke down (fuel pump replacement). Despite being inundated with other car repairs, Chris was kind enough to place me on a standby list. True to his word, Chris not only got my car in ahead of schedule, he also kept me in the loop regarding what needed to be done. The price for the repair was fair and reasonable. I really appreciate the treatment and support that I received from their service team. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of any related assistance for their car. “We have had our 2020 grand caravan repaired we this company 2 times in the past 30 days. First we had our transmission rebuilt from them and they were complete within 3 days after dropping it off. The second repair was on our PCM. It was diagnosed and repaired again within a couple of days. Although these 2 repairs were unexpected for us and the finances were tight for us. Richard and the crew are very honest and trustworthy they certainly took great care of us.”

“You don’t really realize how much a good experience stands out until you’ve had some bad ones elsewhere. I needed 2 tires and they got me in the same day, got everything done quickly, and the price was exactly what they quoted..no pressure, no upselling, and no surprise charges. They even let me stay in my car and eat my snacks while they worked on changing out the tires, which I really appreciated. The whole process was simple”

“I can't say enough about this family establishment & the man behind the operation, Tom. I purchased a used car for my daughter from Tom & Thomas Jr. Shortly after purchase, it started having intermittent transmission problems. I called Tom for input & was told to bring it back to him ASAP & he wold fix it... That's the type of man running Advantage. Not only did he fix the car, he gave it top priority in very valuable shop real-estate, with dedicated lift, & didn't charge me a dime! Even after the car was fixed I received a follow up call to make sure the car & my daughter were doing well. I'll forever promote Tom & his family at Advantage, giving them any and all business I can. An honest family business. Don't hesitate to go see Tom if the need arises & on the right day you can meet 3 generations!”

“The automotive side is great, the audio side is just as great. The only thing holding it back from the 5th star is communication. They don't answer their phone numbers, so good luck with that, but they do a good job of calling you back later if you leave a message. (Janice should probably consider hiring a full time front desk person.) They are bad about not giving a quote on the work, and a few times they started on work without telling me the price. I'm in a position to be able to afford it, but it would have made me very angry in my youth. These guys do good work, I'd recommend them... just stand firm and demand an actual, calculated number before letting them work lol. Also their labor is a tad on the expensive side.”

“Pete's towing toad my boat from an area that was unknown and safely brought it 15 miles to their facility. And store it safely and comfortably. And I could never ask for a better turning company to do so. After it, having been abandoned by somebody else dropping off my boat, I had an unknown place. I can never ask for a better towing company. Everybody has to use this company, no matter what you're so meticulous and so well precise at their job. Thank you pete”
