“I see the typical home owner is mad that you could not sell him parts lmao it happens from my personal experience I been to all the johntone spent well over 800,000 last year here and not one time have I hade i single problem with staff and there always in the know on parts but I will say tampa store seems to be my favorite only because there bigger and have most every part I need on hand. “I was trying to put together PVC traditional kitchen piping for a dual sink dishwasher hookup after I peed the kitchen and bath Factory over 25,000 to remodel my kitchen they don't have a real plumber they have a guy that pretends to be a plumber and it's leaked multiple times so I wanted to do a traditionally but I can't find the one piece because I guess slip joint is the new thing the gentlemen spent his time with me and gave me the piece I needed in the long run I had to go with the whole slip joint system anyway but he was very helpful so I highly recommend”

I have price checked them several times with other millwork suppliers and their prices are always lower, don't just take my word for it, call around. “All associates here are extremely helpful. And if they don't have an answer, they immediately get someone that can help you. I visit this store at least once a week for degreaser, gloves, pressure washing supplies and from time to time when I need to make a trailer repair, they have a great selection of trailer parts to keep me running so my down time is minimal. This helps because all of the other local pressure washing supply shops are closed on the weekends. Thanks to everyone that make the store exceptional.”

“Today we purchased a grill from Home Depot in Port Richey, FL. After purchasing it, we discovered that the assembled grill would not fit in our SUV. I got amazing help from Jaden, Brian, and Sarah. They stood outside in blazing heat and worked together to take the top off my grill so it would fit in the back of my Santa Fe.
Jaden spent the most time helpig us, Sarah offered practical help, and Brian came with the tools to dismantle the hood. With infinite patience and good humor (including jokes by Sarah), they figured out step by step what to do. Brian saw quickly that the hood must be removed. Once he got that done, the rest was easy.
Let me say again that Jaden, Brian, and Sarah went above and beyond the call of duty to help me.
They gave 5-star service, and that why I'm giving them a 5-star review.
