Very frustrated with the floor manager this Sunday evening who continued to insist that she helped me a few days prior when in fact, she did not. No matter how many times I told her she was mistaken, she continued to contradict me. Plus, the fact that your system can't look up an order by a member's phone number is absurd. Wasted a lot of time for nothing but frustration.”

“I always say I enjoy going in the store, but I do enjoy going into hardware stores it is a passion, and it excites me. I went to look for some tools to assist me with painting in the garage. The only thing I would like to change about this Harbor Freight is the size of it it needs to be bigger it needs to carry a little bit more hardware and little bit more hand tools and just a little bit more otherwise the store is always clean and the sales people are always helpful”

“The prices are right, the service is excellent, and Keith and Heather are two of the best I have ever worked with, I'm a remodeling contractor and I buy from Capital Millwork. I have price checked them several times with other millwork suppliers and their prices are always lower, don't just take my word for it, call around. The best part about working with Capital Millworks is how knowledgeable Keith and Heather are. They are a real resource even for a building contractor with 29 years of experience in the building trades. Emma the receptionist is awesome too, she always has a big smile and a helpful attitude. “Like the saying , Ace is the place. When you walk in it's like being surrounded by friends. From the greeting to the people ready to help you it is hard to beat. Huge selection of products and some odd ones too that makes it easy to browse and sometimes spend some extra time there just look.”

“I walked into this Home Depot today and was greeted by 3 employees with a hello. It seemed as every employee I passed said good morning. A few asked if I needed help. This Home Depot felt like the “old” Home Depot. Most stores I walk into I get the opposite treatment.”

“Ferguson is always my first go to for plumbing and HVAC. Duane the manager knows off the top of his head practically everything he has in stock and close to what its price is, or has a quick answer for me on how fast he can get it if it's not in stock. For never being a plumber himself, he has an amazing grasp on all the aspects and nuances of the job once I explain it to him. Sometimes he reminds me of parts that are required for an install of a piece that I purchased, or gives me options on bettet new products that have come out, or what else I need when making a purchase, lays out my cost simply and has a good answer for every question I ask. Usually I use his exact words when explaining to my clients what we're looking at. Exceptional service! I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“Went shopping for a brand new refrigerator the sales associate that helped Ron was amazing helping find the perfect fit with the dimensions for the space I had available I had to s of questions he patiently answered all of them he made the experience pleasant our fridge will be delivered tomorrow and I'm looking forward too having it setup in our new home thxs for the help ?. *** UPDATE*** Edismiguel and Camilo delivered my new fridge called ahead and let me know before they arrived they setup everything even installed my new tee for me they were both very easy getting it into the house/kitchen no nics to the walls easy on the flooring very professional efficient and friendly super excited for this purchase all around Lowe's made this a very exciting purchase”
“This is for Jane Dyson in the cabinetry department- you are amazing! She seriously needs a raise and an award. I walked in Lowes as a last minute hope for cabinets after I got an extreme quote from somewhere else. From the beginning she had the kindest and warmest aura. I made an appointment with her and she spent 2.5 hours with me. My first choice was out of my budget. So she worked another line to see if that would work. It was a little better. I left and she continued to work on another line that had a sale coming up. The pricing beat the other two out of the park. I went back to get and bring the sample home with me because it wasn't pure white like I hoped. Getting it home and in my lighting, it's perfect! I have been extremely stressed and she just made me feel so comfortable being able to go over all my measurements and adjust sizes around. Tomorrow I will be making my countertop and cabinet purchase.”
