“All associates here are extremely helpful. And if they don't have an answer, they immediately get someone that can help you. I visit this store at least once a week for degreaser, gloves, pressure washing supplies and from time to time when I need to make a trailer repair, they have a great selection of trailer parts to keep me running so my down time is minimal. This helps because all of the other local pressure washing supply shops are closed on the weekends. Thanks to everyone that make the store exceptional.”
“Tom in the electrical section is a wealth of knowledge! Kind, helpful, patient! He talked me through rewiring things. Can’t say enough great things about him!”

“Once upon a time we expected good customer service as the norm. Now it is the exception and often feels like we are inconveniencing the staff when we ask questions. Today I met Kim at Ace Hardware Tarpon Springs. She helped me with the questions I had and when they didn't have that product in stock, she took the time to find it at the Dunedin location and even called to confirm and had them hold it for me. Thank you Kim for the great customer experience!!!”
