“I would be remiss not to share how wonderful the staff is at Chase at Daytona Beach Shores. I came in to accomplish a pretty simple task, and called ahead to confirm what I would need to bring with me to validate my information. Janna answered the phone and so patiently walked me through step by step. Not only was she so helpful, but she also provided recommendations to help me get what I needed quicker and without any fees. She introduced me to Ginger who was then able to wrap everything up for me and was super thorough and helpful. It was incredibly hot outside, so Janna also offered me a bottle of water for my long walk home. Could not recommend this branch more!”

“I wanted to create investment properties in my portfolio. I went to a friend who is a mortgage lender. She works for a big bank. After two months it didn't work out. I went to the bank that I have my current mortgage with. They also are a big box Bank. It didn't work out. Then my amazing father said you should go to Intracoastal Bank and speak to the ladies there. I did. I fortunately have the pleasure of working with some of the employees there through other clients so I was familiar with their Bank. What I was not familiar with was the way that they do business! I cannot express to you enough that this bank is the bank that you should move all of your accounts! They not only we're sensitive to my needs and timetable, they actually get banking! The human aspect of business is a serious component in this Bank! They take the programs and algorithms out of decision-making and truly believe in the human sitting in front of them! Intracoastal Bank is five star, 10 stars, 100 stars, infinity stars...I have only positive to say about this Bank and the women that I got to work with! Tara G. is a soft bulldog in the best way! She knew my time frame and did everything in her power to expedite the process quickly. I had all my paperwork in line which helped but she made the process enjoyable and made me feel like I had someone fighting for me! Barbara, Laura, and Annette and many many others were involved in this process. I am so grateful for all of them! I plan on moving my accounts to Intracoastal Bank and I will do all my lending through them moving forward! “Had a good experience at Chase Bank on Nova in Port Orange on Wednesday. I was impressed on how organized they were and how great the customer service was. Came in to have a form notarized. When walking in I was approached immediately by a young lady that asked me if I needed assistance. After telling her why I was there she immediately called for a notary person to assist me. The person came out from behind the counter and took me right to her cubicle where we exchanged pleasantries and got what I needed done. When I was done the they all wished me a good day. Other banks should take notice and follow Chase banks example. Glad this is my primary bank.”
