About Hertz Car Rental - Holly Hill - North Nova Road
Hertz Car Rental in Daytona Beach Holly Hill North Nova provides a phenomenal experience with great customer service. The staff is consistently friendly, polite, attentive, and quick. They offer excellent service in both English and Spanish. The team is known for going the extra mile and above and beyond to help customers, especially in difficult situations, by finding solutions even when specific vehicles are not immediately available.
The rental cars are clean, in great working condition, and very nice. Vehicles can be impressive and brand new. However, there is a note that choosing the manager's choice option may sometimes result in receiving a very small vehicle with limited trunk space, which may not be suitable for all needs. The pick-up and drop-off service is described as excellent.
Overall, the location receives strong recommendations for its staff and the Hertz brand, with many customers stating they would recommend it to everyone.
