The location was clean, organized, and well maintained, and the vehicle I received was also very clean and in excellent condition. Matt was friendly, professional, and helpful, and I truly appreciated the service I received from him. But I especially want to recognize Nicole Poole, the Branch Manager, for going above and beyond for me. At the time, the drivers were out assisting other customers, and rather than simply telling me I would have to wait, Nicole personally stepped in to help. She waited for me, picked me up herself, and made sure I was able to get to the location and receive my vehicle. What she may not have realized was how important her help was that day. I had an important doctor’s appointment for my husband, and because Nicole took the initiative to personally assist me, I was able to make it to his appointment on time. That meant a great deal to me. I was genuinely impressed by the service I received from the entire location, but Nicole’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to find a solution really stood out. That is what excellent customer service and great leadership look like. “Such a nice AND local crew! Super educated on the carts and fun places to go. Plus the carts are very nice and can get through thick sand no problem. But make sure you stay in the driving lanes and avoid water. They can go on the road too if you need to avoid a “no drive zone” and then get back down on the beach. We had a blast! Best day of vacation so far!!!”
