“It was a pleasure doing business with Budget at this location on A1A between Hallandale and Hollywood, Florida. Parking is easy and, thanks to the lovely Melissa who took care of us, we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. (I did prepay online with my credit card which helped expedite the process.) Returning the vehicle was also easy, with clearly labeled parking spots for the drop off. If you live in the Hollywood area as I do, this is the best car rental service to use. Trust me, I've been living here for almost 30 years. I've tried all the services nearby and this one is the best. Thanks again, Melissa, for taking care of us. See you next trip.”
“I had a horrible experience yesterday with one of enterprise vehicles. It took 8 hours to be able to get another vehicle. I didn’t feel like as a customer I was put first yesterday at all. Long story short i spoke with SHANELL, the assistant manager this morning and advised her that I would be coming at 5pm, she told me what she had, and that it’ll be here when I get there. SHES AMAZING. I had no issues. The car I wanted was there and SHANICE Completed the rest of the process got me in and out with a smile THANK YOU LADIES”

“A large car rental company, (I won't name), at Ft Lauderdale Airport, gave away the rental car we reserved, , and there were no rentals available! We had to take a taxi to our hotel. The following morning, I called a few local car rental companies in Hollywood, one of which was Autocarma. They did not have the size car we were looking for, but within the hour, they texted me back to advise me that one had just been returned. I was so impressed with that level of customer service! The car was great. We highly recommend Autocarma and would definitely use them again!”
