Costa Hollywood Beach Hotel offers a fantastic and amazing stay with beautiful, quaint rooms featuring cute and fitting decor. The rooms include a living room, kitchen, and full bathroom, though they can feel a little cramped for more than two people. Some minor issues were noted, such as a need for better cleaning attention to detail and unclogged soap dispensers. The hotel's location is excellent, close to beaches, and it features a pool, though getting to it from the other building is a bit of a hassle and towels should be available poolside, not only on the first floor. Valet service is considered expensive and more help is needed on busy weekends. The service is generally amazing and super friendly, with staff praised for their great service and willingness to solve problems, contributing to a five-star experience for many. However, a significant negative experience involved an extremely rude overnight front desk person who enforced a strict and unexpected credit card policy, refusing a late check-in and showing consistent rudeness to guests. A manager later resolved the issue kindly. Most guests highly recommend the hotel and plan to return, despite this potential for a terrible first impression.
Only leaving a review because Michelle deserves the recognition, she went above and beyond for our stay and was knowledgeable with the area. Wish every place we stayed at had a Michelle.
