“Very very bad experience T-Mobile Metro PCS sent me a defective pre-owned router and charge me and now there's no way to return it but yet they will not refund my money and continue to charge me $110 a month for services that I never received very disappointed and furthermore the store that I've been using for the past 10 years sold me a tablet that is defective and can't even bring up a clear picture be careful of MetroPCS stores in Hollywood on oakwood plaza those people just want to take your money bad business”
“My experience with AT&T over the past week was horrible. I am giving 4 stars based solely on the assistance I received from Tito. He went above and beyond assisting me with resolving the issue. ( too long to explain) It took approximately two hours to resolve nevertheless his patience and kindness was refreshing and appreciated. “I can highly recommend The Wireless/Wareless Shop and specifically Pao there, for quality repair work and pricing. I've had repairs done to a couple of iPhones, and to my ancient iPad. Pao did extra effort to find the difficult iPad old parts and get it done. Highly recommended!”
