“I bought a wheel online to replace one I had that was cracked in multiple spots and I called after making the order to be sure everything was in order and bryan took the time to make sure everything was in order. Turns out they didn't have the wheel I needed so he took even more time to be sure I got the next best thing so I was left empty handed wondering what I was gonna do. “In a 40ft Motorhome I broke down in Homestead FL on a Friday evening. Sat morning I found this shop online and purchased a new Alternator andc2 batteries. They were a lifesaver, even offering to stay late for me to get there. I rarely find this quality of customer service ANYWHERE. As fate had it, a wiring issue limited the alternators output and 4 months later the owner swapped it out for me no charge. These are $400 Leece-Neville truck alternator. So that was impressive to me. I thank him again and highly recommend anyone south of Miami look this shop up for any diesel motorhome part and accessories you need. Heavy truck parts to auto. He is honest and will treat you right.”
“No words to describe, exceptional experience. Very helpful, quick attention, everyone that walked through door was asking me if I've been helped. I went specifically to have my A/C replaced as I had a bad experience some place else. They went a head and checked my AC system and found that all I needed was a correct way to service the AC. Aside for being down my self right now and not employed they saved me a very large amount of money. I wish I can rember the name of the older gentleman and the AC. I thanked them both and advised that all my cars are going to them for service. And not to mention the customer service from the young lady in the front that greets you with a smile and excellent attitude!! If I can give them a 10 I would, that buisness deserves it!!”

The fix lasted solid 5 years until it started leaking rain water into my spare tire compartment. I visited South Date Toyota Collision Center in hope to fix it. When I finally got to the register with my engine coolant the woman told me to hold on so she can look at her phone. She also moved like molasses and appeared to be under the influence of sonething.”

They’re lousy employees there but they took care of me at this place. I’m not gonna say exactly what it was cause I’m not a kind of person that takes advantage of anybody or any store.
