Great pick up and drop off experience. Staff super friendly and ready to help. The car lent to me was in great shape and condition , brand new with low mileage. Will come again to for any of my rental needs.

Worst waiting and service. Edited: bumped the review from 1 star to 4 stars as Gretchen provided with a good customer service later on and promised that she would take care of us when we book next time.
