“I like how it was fast to replace my iPhone 11 and my iPhone 13 Pro but I didn’t the fact that the person who changed the battery was trying to update my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 18. When it’s running iOS 16. And I dont see why the person try updating my iPhone 13 Pro when it doesn’t need to be updated when the battery is replaced”

“I’ve had some really frustrating experiences at other T-Mobile stores in the past, so I walked in expecting the same thing. Thankfully, I was completely wrong. Natalia a kind Hispanic girl helped me, and she was honestly one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or pressured. She actually listened to what I needed and made sure I left with the best solution instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. You can tell she cares about her customers, and that made all the difference. Because of her, this was by far my best experience at a T-Mobile store. Thank you, Natalia, for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. You turned what I expected to be a stressful visit into such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of you.❤”
