“There was no wait when I arrived, though the full phone replacement process took about 1.5 hours. DJ assisted me and, while he is new, he was supported by Andy. Both were friendly, attentive, and ensured I received the best pricing and most up-to-date plan without increasing my costs. In fact, I left paying less per month with a better plan. I would definitely recommend this location. The only drawback is paid parking while validated, it only covers up to one hour. Thank you, DJ and Andy!”

“I like how it was fast to replace my iPhone 11 and my iPhone 13 Pro but I didn’t the fact that the person who changed the battery was trying to update my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 18. When it’s running iOS 16. And I dont see why the person try updating my iPhone 13 Pro when it doesn’t need to be updated when the battery is replaced”

I was able to sign up for a tablet for an additional $15 / monthly onto my plan.I wanted the Moto G Stylus phone - which they didn't have in stock at the time. They had other Moto G phones, however. At this particular location, I only signed up for the Tablet.Great experience.”

Natalia a kind Hispanic girl helped me, and she was honestly one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or pressured. She actually listened to what I needed and made sure I left with the best solution instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. You can tell she cares about her customers, and that made all the difference. Because of her, this was by far my best experience at a T-Mobile store.
