“I made an appointment with Katie over a month back to visit Going Bananas by email. I have visited multiple times before, every time I am impressed with Don's encylopedia-like recall of banana varieties as they are discussed. I have purchased over a dozen varieties from Don and Katie, every time a smooth process in making appointments.
Don is generous with information and isn't just looking to make sales (I was originally looking for Manzano but was given information about its lack of hardiness and susceptibility). Katie and Don are wonderful people, I highly recommend asking for a varietal tour on the farm and sampling bananas if they are available. Going Bananas is worth a visit even if you aren't planning to get plants.”

“I called Redland Orchids first thing on a Monday morning needing flowers delivered that day. Others were closed or could or would not deliver on such short notice but she came through in price point and prompt delivery. Was a very smooth buying experience and will be back in the near future. Thanks Ralph”

“Bought many plants in the past. Many exotic and rare plants, including the only known seller of Cassia bakariana that I know of. Richard, the owner, is the main contact, but they are an older staff that may not always be around to help. Have patience, it's worth it. You'll want to buy everything at this nursery”
“Local and close. Friendly, English speaking staff, good selection of gravels and decorative stone, stepping stone, sod and quality tools and yard implements. Good pricing too.”
